Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vertikalgussvorrichtung zur Herstellung von Formteilen, mit einem Tiegel (12) zur Aufnahme einer Schmelze (14), mit einer Gussform (22) zur Erzeugung des Formteiles, mit einem vom Tiegel (12) zur Gussform (22) reichenden Steigrohr (18) und mit einem Filter (24). Eine Vertikalgussvorrichtung zu schaffen, bei der ein verbessertes Ausfiltern unerwünschter Materialien oder Gase aus der Schmelze erreicht wird, wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Filter (24) an oder auf der Oberfläche der Schmelze (14) schwimmend im Steigrohr (18) gehalten ist.
