Abstract

Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av l8F-TAFDG som kan gi 18F-TAFDG i et høyt radiofluoreringsutbytte. En fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en organisk forbindelse merket med radioaktivt fluor omfatter trinnene: fremstilling av en reaksjonsoppløsning inneholdende [18F]fluoridioner, en faseoverføringskatalysator, kaliumioner, l,3,4,6-tetra-0-acetyl-2-0-trifluorometansulfonyl-(3-D-mannopyranose som en merkingsforløperforbindelse og et oppløsningsmiddel; og å tilveiebringe en reaksjonsbetingelse for reaksjonsoppløsningen for å oppnå l,3,4,6-tetra-0-acetyl-2-[18F]fluoro-2-deoksyglukose, der oppløsningsmidlet inneholder vann.
