SAMMENDRAG Foreliggende oppfinnelse beskriver fremgangsmåter for cellekjerneoverføring som feks. omfatter modifisering av zona pellucida i en oocytt og/eller oppdeling av oocytter i flere deler. Foreliggende oppfinnelse beskriver også fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av et genetisk modifisert, ikke-menneskelig pattedyr. Genetisk modifiserte, ikke-menneskelige pattedyr som kan erholdes ved de beskrevne fremgangsmåtene omfattes også av den foreliggende oppfinnelse. Det beskrives også fremgangsmåter for frysebevaring av celler.
