Abstract
В настоящем изобретении раскрыты способы переноса клеточного ядра, включающие, например модификацию блестящей оболочки ооцита и/или разделение ооцита на несколько частей. В настоящем изобретении также раскрыты способы получения генетически модифицированного млекопитающего, отличающегося от человека. Генетически модифицированные млекопитающие, отличающиеся от человека, получаемые при помощи раскрытых способов, также находятся в объеме настоящего изобретения. Также раскрыты способы криоконсервации клеток.
