Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av propen fra propan, som innbefatter trinnene: A) en fødegasstrøm a som innbefatter propan er tilveiebrakt; B) fødegasstrømmen a som innbefatter propan, eventuelt damp og, eventuelt, en oksygenholdig gasstrøm, mates inn i en dehydrogeneringssone og propan blir gjort til gjenstand for en dehydrogenering til propen for å oppnå en produktgasstrøm b som innbefatter propan, propen, metan, etan, eten, karbonmonoksid, karbondioksid, damp, eventuelt hydrogen og, eventuelt oksygen; C) produktgasstrøm b avkjøles, eventuelt komprimeres og damp fjernes ved kondensasjon for å gi en dampfattig produktgasstrøm c; D) produktgasstrøm c bringes i kontakt med en første absorpsjonssone med en selektiv inert absorbens som selektivt absorberer propen for å gi en absorbentstrøm d1 tilsatt i det vesentlige med propen og en gasstrøm d2 som innbefatter propan, propen, metan, etan, eten, karbonmonoksid, karbondioksid, eventuelt hydrogen og, eventuelt oksygen; E) eventuelt blir absorbentstrøm d1 dekomprimert til et lavere trykk i en første desorpsjonssone for å gi en absorbentstrøm e1 tilsatt i det vesentlige propen og en gasstrøm e2 som innbefatter propen, og gasstrøm e2 resirkuleres inn i den første absorpsjonssonen, F) fra absorbentstrømmen d1 og e1 inneholdende i det vesentlig propen, i minst én andre desorpsjonssone, ved dekomprimering, oppvarming og/eller stripping av absorbentstrømmen d1 eller e1, blir en gasstrøm f1 som innbefatter propen frigitt og den selektive absorbenten utvunnet.
