Abstract
En hybridsammenstilling som har forbedret krysstalekarakteristika omfatter et substrat (101) som har en øvre overflate (111). Andre polygoner (804, 808), også laget av et elektromagnetisk båndgapmateriale, er avsatt over det isolerende materialet. Gjennomføringer (828) forbinder andre polygoner med jordplan (307). Halvlederstrukturer (404, 406) er montert over de andre polygonene. Halvlederstrukturene har et flertall av elektriske kontakter med de ledende baner. De vanlige polygoner kan være sekskanter, trekanter, åttekanter eller hvilken som helst annen kombinasjon som danner et gitterverk og som kan trykkes på substratet.
