Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en inertiseringsfremgangsmåte for slukking av en brann i et lukket rom, hvor oksygeninnholdet i det lukkede rom senkes til et bestemt inertiseringsnivå i løpet av en på forhånd gitt tid (x). Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en anordning for gjennomføring av fremgangsmåten. For oppnåelse av en mest mulig nøyaktig utforming av det inertgass slukkeanlegg som benyttes i forbindelse med inertiseringsrfemgangsmåten, og særlig for å muliggjøre en mest mulig nøyaktig dimensjonering av den klarholdte inertgass med samtidig tilfredsstillelse av den for brannslukking nødvendige brannbekjempelsesfase og tilbakeantenningsforhindringsfase, foreslås det ifølge oppfinnelsen at inertiseringsnivået skal holdes med et bestemt reguleringsområde på tilbakeantenningsforhindringsnivået.
