Abstract

Martensittisk rustfritt stål med en motstand mot sulfid spenningskorrosjonssprekking bedre enn for et super 13Cr stål og med en styrke og korrosjonsmotstand som kan sammenlignes med tofase rustfritt stål og som har en kjemisk sammensetning som i masse% hovedsakelig består av C: 0,001 - 0,1 %, Si: 0,05 - 1,0%, Mn 0,05 - 2,0%, P høyst 0,025%, S høyst 0,010%, Cr 11 - 18%, Ni 1,5 - 10%, sol Al 0,001-0,1%, N høyst 0,1%, O høyst 0,01%, Cu 0 - 5%, fast oppløsnings Mo 3,5 - 7%, idet blandingen tilfredsstiller den følgende ligning (1), videre eventuelt minst ett element valgt fra én av de følgende grupper A - C, idet resten er Fe og forurensninger og uoppløst Mo, hvis uoppløst Mo er tilstede. Ligning (1) Ni-bal = 30(C+N) - 0,5(Mn+Cu) + Ni + 8,2 - 1,1(Cr+Mo+1,5Si) ( -4,5 GruppeA- W: 0,2-5% Gruppe B - V: 0,001 - 0,50%, Nb: 0,001 - 0,50%, Ti: 0,001 - 0,50% og Zr: 0,001 - 0,50% Gruppe C- Ca: 0,0005 - 0,05%, Mg: 0,0005 - 0,05%, REM: 0,0005 - 0,05% og B: 0,0001 - 0,01 %
