Abstract

Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en fremgangsmåte og et utstyr for å produsere fine partikler. Ifølge produksjonsfremgangsmåten blir et smeltet materiale (1) som har blitt formet ved å smelte et råmateriale for forming til fine partikler, levert i form av dråper (la) eller en sttålesttøm til et flytende kjølemiddel (3) og en dampfilm formet for å dekke det smeltede materialet levert til det flytende kjølemiddel (3) blir tvunget bmtt for å frembringe dampeksplosjon for derved å forme og kjøle fine partikler for herding. Produksjonsfremgangsmåten og apparatet kan lett produsere fine partikler av et råmateriale med et høyt smeltepunkt og kan relativt lett produsere submikronfine partikler, idet slike partikler er vanskelige å produsere ved hjelp av tidhgere utviklet teknikk. Fremgangsmåten og apparatet kan produsere amorfe, fine partikler eller polykrystallinske, fine partikler med en målpartikkelstørrelse ved å regulere betingelsene for formasjon av fine partikler og for kjøling/herding.
