Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av mikropartikler innbefattende en vandig oppløsning eller dispersjon av et olje- eller gassfeltproduksjonskjemikalie innkapslet i en kontinuerlig polymer fase innbefattende en nedbrytbar polymer, hvilken fremgangsmåte innbefatter: (a) fremstilling av en vann-i-olje-i-vann-dobbeltemulsjon eller en vann-i-olje-i-olje-dobbeltemulsjon som har en indre vandig fase innbefattende en vandig oppløsning eller dispersjon av produksjonskjemikaliet og en indre oljefase innbefattende en oppløsning av en nedbrytbar polymer oppløst i et flyktig organisk oppløsningsmiddel hvor den indre vandige fasen er dispergert i den indre oljefasen til den dobbelte emulsjonen i form av dråper som har en gjennomsnittlig diameter på mindre enn 10 µm; og (b) i det minste delvis inndampning av det flyktige organiske oppløsningsmidlet fra dobbeltemulsjonen slik at den nedbrytbare polymer akkumuleres rundt dråpene av den indre vandige fase og herder til dannelse av mikropartikler innbefattende en kontinuerlig polymer fase som innkapsler den indre vandige fasen og har en gjennomsnittlig partikkeldiameter på mindre enn 10 µm.
