Abstract
Det er beskrevet en kjemisk sammensetning som inkluderer en molekyldel som omfatter en undertrykker (Q) et bindende element (T) og en ligand (L) som assosieres med og undertrykkes av et fluorescerende polymer. Når en analyttprøve blir innført bindes ligand (L) til et målbiologisk middel hvis det er tilstede, og forårsaker derved QTL-molekylet og separeres fra det fluorescerende polymer som resulterer i en økning i detektert fluorescens. Den samme kjemi er fordelaktig anvendt i et konkurrerende assay. Et elektrisk felt kan også anvendes for å separere QTL-molekylet fra det fluorescerende polymer. En fremgangsmåte til å detektere mål for disse fremgangsmåter er også beskrevet.
