Abstract

Isomeriseringsprosess for omdannelse av minst én isomeriseringstilførsels-strøm som inneholder av alkaner med 4 karbonatomer til 10 karbonatomer pr. molekyl og cykloalkaner med 5 karbonatomer til 10 karbonatomer pr. molekyl, til minst én produkt-hydrokarbonisomer. Isomeriseringstilførselsstrømmen som inneholder minst ett hydrokarbonutgangsmateriale og hydrogen, bringes i en isomeriseringssone ved effektive isomeriseringsbetingelser i kontakt med en katalysator, hvor deaktivering av nevnte katalysator finner sted i nevnte isomeriseringssone. Isomeriseringsprosessen inkluderer nærvær av et additiv i isomeriseringstilfør-selsstrømmen. Konsentrasjonen av additivet er tilstrekkelig til å lindre eller minske deaktiveringen av katalysatoren og å opprettholde en i hovedsak konstant omdannelse av det minst ene utgangshydrokarbonet til den minst ene produkt-hydrokar-bonisomeren ved effektive isomeriseringsbetingelser.
