Abstract

본 발명은 20개 이하의 탄소 원자를 함유한 n-올레핀을 이성체화 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 올레핀을 함유한 원료를 티탄 0.03중량% 내지 0.6중량% 및 3A족 원소의 산화물 0.05중량% 내지 5중량%로 함침된 알루미나계 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 방법은 소량의 증기 또는 증기의 부재하에서 수행될 수 있다.

Claims (14)

1분자 당 20개 이하의 탄소 원자를 함유한 선형 올레핀계 탄화수소를 온도 300℃ 내지 570℃, 압력 1 내지 10바, 및 공간 속도 0.1 내지 10h-1에서, 0.03중량% 내지 0.6중량%의 티탄과 0.05중량% 내지 5중량%의 3A족 원소를 산화물을 함유한 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 구조 이성체화 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 3A족 원소가 붕소인 방법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, H2O/올레핀계 탄화수소의 몰비가 0.3 이하가 되도록 물을 주입하는 조건하에서 반응을 수행하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매를 탄화수소와 접촉시키기 전에 증기처리하고, 상기 증기처리는 120℃ 내지 700℃, 0.5 바의 증기 부분압에서 0.5 내지 120시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리된 선형 올레핀계 탄화수소가 부텐 및 펜텐으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이성체화 온도가 310℃ 내지 550℃인 방법.
제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이성체화 압력이 1 내지 5바인 방법.
제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공간 속도가 0.5 내지 6h-1인 방법.
제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입된 물/탄화수소의 몰비가 0.05 내지 0.25인 방법.
제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미나가 감마 알루미나인 방법.
제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미나가 에타 알루미나인 방법.
제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미나중의 나트륨의 농도가 0.1중량% 미만인 방법.
