Abstract
본 발명은 부분적으로 산화시키려는 유기 화합물 및 산화제로서 분자산소 이외에, 부분적으로 연소성 기체로 이루어지는, 불균일하게 촉매 작용된 기체상 부분 산화의 조건하에 본질적으로 비활성인 적어도 하나의 희석제 기체로 이루어진 공급 기체가 공급된 산화 반응기에서의 유기 화합물의 연속적인 불균일하게 촉매 작용된 기체상 부분 산화를 위한 방법에 관한 것이며, 여기에서 산화 반응기를 통한 통과 후에, 산화 반응기에 잔류하는 생성물 기류 중에 존재하는 비활성 희석제 기체의 연소성 성분은 불균일하게 촉매 작용된 기체상 부분 산화로 재순환하지 않지만, 또 다른 화학 반응을 위해 추가로 사용되게 된다.

Claims (5)
- 부분적으로 산화시키려는 유기 화합물 및 산화제로서 분자 산소 이외에, 부분적으로 연소성 기체로 이루어지는, 불균일하게 촉매 작용된 기체상 부분 산화의 조건하에 비활성인 하나 이상의 희석제 기체로 이루어진 공급 기체가 공급된 산화 반응기에서의 유기 화합물의 연속적인 불균일하게 촉매 작용된 기체상 부분 산화를 위한 방법으로서, 산화 반응기를 통한 통과후에, 산화 반응기에 잔류하는 생성물 기류 중에 존재하는 비활성 희석제 기체의 연속성 성분은 불균일하게 촉매 작용된 기체상 부분 산화로 재순환하지 않지만, 또 다른 화학반응을 위해 추가로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 반응기에 잔류하는 생성물 기류 중에 존재하는 비활성 희석재 기체의 연소성 성분이 열 동력원 상으로 통과되어, 에너지 회수를 위해 연소됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 반응기에 잔류하는 생성물 기류 중에 존재하는 비활성 희석제 기체의 연소성 성분이 합성 기체의 생성을 위해 추가로 사용되는 탄화수소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 반응기에 잔류하는 생성물 기류 중에 존재하는 비활성 희석제 기체의 연소성 성분이 아세틸렌의 생성을 위해 추가로 사용되는 탄화수소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 반응기에 대한 공급 기체 혼합물이 프로필렌, 분자 산소, 및 85부피%의 하나 이상의 탄화수소 메탄, 에탄, 프로판 및 부탄으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
