Description

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for tilvirkning av plate som på sin ene side har veldefinert, forutbestemt form og overflatekarakteristikk og som er spesielt egnet som såkalt dørbekledning, hvorved et første sjikt av bindemiddel-impregnert trefinspon legges ut på et harpiksimpregnert fiberarkmateriale, fortrinnsvis i form av et harpiksimpregnert kreppet papir med en overflatevekt i intervallet 30 g/m<2>_150 g/m<2>, og på det nevnte første sjiktet utlegges direkte et andre sjikt av bindemiddel impregnert grovsponmateriale, og at det hele med f iberarkmateriale som bærer, innføres i en varmpresseanordning.
En plate av en slik type er blant annet kjent fra DE-A-1453401, AT-B307701 i kombinasjon med DE-A-1912300. Ytterligere eksempler på teknikkens stand er DE-C-
2529676, DE-B-2031296, GB-A1052817, GB-A-1036798,
SE-B332513 og DE-A-1222659.
Problemet ifølge oppfinnelsen er å tilveiebringe og mulig-gjøre rasjonell produksjon av prisdyktige, tynne, skiveformede produkter hvis ene side er formmessig og overflate-karaktermessig veldefinert.
Det er tidligere tilvirket skiver eller plater innbefattende såkalt over-lay, dvs. bindemiddelsimpregnert papir. Denne tilvirkning har vært basert på boardteknikk. Fibrene i en ifølge nevnte teknikk tilvirket plate har vist seg vanskelige å håndtere, særlig når kravene til nøye form- og overflatestruktur- reproduserbarhet er høye.
Et utførelseseksempel av oppfinnelsen vises på de vedlagte tegninger, hvor: Fig. 1 viser i perspektiv en dørbekledning ifølge
oppf innelsen,
fig. 2 viser et snitt langs linjen 2-2 i fig. 1, og fig. 3 viser et tverrsnitt langs linjen 3-3 i fig. 2.
Det skiveformede produktet 10 er en såkalt dørbekledning, dvs. en form- og formattilpasset plate beregnet på å danne et helt ferdig yttersjikt på et dørblad. Dimensjonen til platen overensstemmer med dørrammens mål og dens tykkelse ligger i området 2-5 mm. Vekten er av størrelsesorden 5-10 kg.
Platens ytterside eller "framside" 11 er den side som direkte fra produksjon, uten noen som helst bearbeiding, skal danne en form- og overflatestrukturmessig nøye reprodusert overflate helt ferdig til å kunne anvendes som den er, eller hensiktsmessig for videre overflatebehandling ved f.eks. maling. Et eksempel på en overflatestruktur er trefibermøn-ster hos solitt tre.
Det er ifølge oppfinnelsen funnet at en kombinasjon av sjiktet ifølge figur 3 er visserligen hensiktsmessig for etterstrebede formål. Sjiktet 11 er i utgangspunktet et kreppet, harpiksimpregnert papirsjikt som kan ha en overflatevekt i intervallet 30 g/m<2> - 150 g/m<2>. Som harpiks anvendes normalt en fenolharpiks.
Dette overf latesj ikt 11 er tilsammen med sjiktet 12 og 13 dannet i en varmpresse. Sjiktet 12 består av såkalte finspon, dvs. trespon med en størrelse som passerer en sikt med siktåpninger på 1,0 mm. Disse spon er impregnerte med bindemiddel, vanligvis et karbamidlim.
Ved at det tynne formbare overflatesjiktet 11 hviler mot det fine trespon innbefattende sjiktet 12, gis en svært nøye reproduksjon av varmpresseformens overflatestruktur i sjiktet 11 på grunn av sjiktets 12 følsomhet avhengig av dets sammensetning av finspon.
Trolig medvirker også det som mekanisk oppstivende tjenende sjikt 13 ved formningsoperasjonen, selv om sjiktets 13 hovedsakelige oppgave er å gi det ferdige produkt stivhet og håndterbarhet. Sjiktet 13 innbefatter såkalte grovspon, som i foreliggende sammenheng betyr spon som passerer en sikt med 4 mm store siktåpninger.
Det innbyrdes tykkelsesforholdet mellom materialet i sjiktet 12 og 13 er ca. 1:2 i upresset tilstand, dvs. i utgangsposi-sjonen når finspon og grovspon er utlagt på det kreppede papir 11 i form av jevntykke sjikt, gjelder det nevnte forhold.
Formingsoperasjonen innbefatter slik som nevnt varme og trykk. Trykket ligger fortrinnsvis omkring 30 kp/cm<2> og temperatur og presstid bestemmes av bindemidlenes herdings-tid. Med de tidligere angitt typer av bindemiddel ligger temperaturen ved ca. 150°C og presstiden er ca. 4 minutter.
Sjiktene 12 og 13 legges ut til en sammenlagt tykkelse på rundt 15-30 mm og det hele sammenpresses til en tykkelse av 2-5 mm.
Gjennom harpiksinnholdet i sjiktet 11 og dets mulighet til mykt og eksakt ansmyge mot formverktøyet og derved overføre denne eksakte ansmygning til finsponsjiktet 12 og dermed permanent, eksakt og formriktig overføre formoverflatestruk-turen på utsiden av sjiktet 11, fås en visserligen formåls-tjenlig reproduksjon. Denne reproduksjon - viser det seg-foreligger også ved dypforming, dvs. når man former speil eller forsenkede partier 14 i en dørbekledning, der de forsenkede partiene kan ligge på betydelige dybder, f.eks. et 10-talls mm eller mer, under et referanseplan. Muligheten for å dypforme tynne sjikt representerer et stort steg fremover innenfor trespon- formpresningsteknikken og innebærer store fordeler. Oppfinnelsen medfører altså ikke bare dypforming som sådan, men muliggjør dessuten formriktig overføring av overflatestruktur i slike sammenhenger.
Denne kan i og for seg innbefatte en helt glatt overflate, men oftest etterstreber man i dørsammenheng trefibermønster hos solitt tre, hvilket er fullt ut mulig å oppnå med den beskrevne teknikk.
Prosessen ved tilvirkningen innebærer at man utnytter sjiktet 11 som underlagsjikt og bærere for fin- og grovspon.
Sponsjiktene legges ut på substratet i sjikt med det nevnte tykkelsesforhold og det hele transporteres, f.eks. på en transportør, inn i varmpressen. I ett eneste formgivnings-trlnn, ved de nevnte temperatur- og trykknivåer, formes et tynt plateprodukt som har til ønsket dybde forsenkede partier, om slikt behøves, hvilket er en overflate som nøyaktig gjengir formens pressoverflate. Denne overflate kan anvendes direkte, eksempelvis som dørbekledning.
Det innses således at oppfinnelsen muliggjør effektiv produksjon innbefattende kun ett eneste formgivningstrinn.

Claims (1)

Fremgangsmåte for tilvirkning av plate (10) som på sin ene side har veldefinert, forutbestemt form og overflatekarakteristikk og som er spesielt egnet som såkalt dørbekledning, hvorved et første sjikt (12) av bindemiddel impregnert trefinspon legges ut på et harpiksimpregnert fiberarkmateriale (11), fortrinnsvis i form av et harpiksimpregnert, kreppet papir med en overflatevekt i intervallet 30 g/m<2> - 150 g/m<2>, og på det nevnte første sjiktet (12) utlegges direkte et andre sjikt (13) av bindemiddel impregnert grovsponmateriale, og at det hele med fiberarkmaterialet (11) som bærer, innføres i en varmepresseanordning, karakterisert ved at finsponmaterialet i det første sjiktet (12) utlegges ved at det får passere en sikt med lmm åpning og at det andre sjiktet (13) gis omlag dobbelt så stor tykkelse som den første sjikttykkelsen, og hvor grovsponmat-erialet utlegges ved at det får passere gjennom en sikt med 4 mm åpning, at sjiktutlegningene gjøres slik at den totale tykkelsen for de begge utlagte, ikke sammenpressede sjiktene (12,13) ligger i intervallet omlag 15-30 mm, og at sjiktene (12,13) og arkmaterialet (11) dypformes og sammenpresses i presseanordningen til en plate med en tykkelse på omlag 2-5 mm.
