Abstract
Apparat og fremgangsmåte for å fremstille kapsler av en støpbar, hydrofil polymerblanding, fortrinnsvis gelatin, ved anvendelse av en kombinasjon av en spøytestøpe-innretning og en mikroprosessor for nøyaktig å regulere forholdene vedrørende tid, temperatur, trykk og vanninnhold i den hydrofile polymerblanding, ved en cyklisk støpeprosess.
Description
Åndningsapparat for spontan eller kunstig ånding med mulighet for tilførsel av åndingsgass fra et gassforråd.
Oppfinnelsen vedrbrer et åndningsapparat for tilfbrsel av gass fra et gassforråd og omfatter en åndningsmaske, en flerveis-ventil forbundet med åndningsmasken for å muliggjbre utånding til omgivelsene og innånding gjennom en innblåsningsledning forbundet med ventilen, et reservoar fdrbundet med innblåsningsledningen, hvilket reservoar har anordning for frembringelse av overtrykk, og en innåndningsledning som munner ut på innblåsning?-ledningen.
Et åndingsapparat av dette slag kan lett anvendes på en person som-trenger kunstig åndedrett, idet. overtrykk gles fra reservoaret for innblåsing og pasienten åndes ut gjennom flerveisventilan til omgivelsene. Om den nodlidende åndes ut spontant, kan dette skje uten at apparatet behbver å taes åv.
Dette apparat har imidlertid uen ulempe at, så vidt det dreier seg om en person som ikke befinner seg i atmosfære egnet for ånding, må personen forst transporteres til frisk luft innen kunstig åndedrett kan utfores.
Oppfinnelsen har til hensikt å eliminere denne ulempe ved et apparat av ovennevnte slag og kjennetegner ved en tiIbakeslags-ventil anordnet ved innåndingsledningéns munning, en med innåndingsledningen forbundet regulator omfattende en sikkerhetsventil, og en med regulatoren forbundet tilforselsledning med kobling for forbindelse med et gassforråd.
Ved denne anordning bkes apparatets anvendelighet, slik at en hjelper forsynt med åndingsutstyr med resérveuttak kan montere apparatet på en nbdlidende person også når denne ikke befinner seg i atmosfære egnet for ånding. Pasienten kan da åndes inn via regulatoren fra hjelperens medfbrte gassforråd, og skulle det være nodvendig å gripe til kunstig åndedrett skjer dette på samme måte som ble nevnt ved overtrykk på reservoaret.

"Ledningen 11 er Corbu-nd-et med • en i seg: .selv kjent regulator 12 styrt av åndingstrykket., hvilken regulator ved undertrykk i ledningen 11 via et membran 13 og en hevarm lh påvirker en ventil 15» slik at gass kan mates frem fra en tilfbrselsledning 16. Regulatoren 12 omfatter dessuten en sikkerhetsventil 13a, som har en trykk-utjevnende virkning, slik at et trykk som blokerer pasientens utånding aldri oppstår på undersiden av ventilplaten 5- Ledningen 16 avsluttes med en kobling 1/ for forbindelse med et gassforråd, f.eks. med et åndingsapparat, gjennom hviiket hjelperen kan gi åndingsgass fra sitt medfbrte forråd.
Fortrinnsvis er eh demonterbar kobling 18 anordnet mellom inri-åhdingsledhingen 11 og regulatoren 12, slik som antydet på tegningen.
Funksj on
1) Spontan ånding fra hjelperens gassforråd:
Ved innånding frembringes undertrykk som lbfter kanten av ventilplaten 5 fra setet 7 og åpner tilbakeslagsventilen lo og. via ledningen 11 påvirker membranet 13. Dette åpner via hevarmén l^f .ventilen 15 og pasienten får åndingsgass.
Ved utånding opphorer sugningen på membranet 13, hvorved ventilen ,15 stenger, likesom også tilbakeslagsventilen lo, og ventilplat-■ ens 5 kant legger seg på setet 7- Overtrykket ved utåndingen trykker istedet;ned den sentrale del av ventilplaten 5 og ut-jånding skjer gjennom ledningen 8 og tilbakeslagsventilen 9.. Til-;bakeslagsventilens 9 oppgave er å umuliggjbre innånding gjennom jlednihgen 8, som ellers skulle være tenkelig, så vidt en mot-;stand i form av et undertrykk eksisterer i ledningen 3. Et slikt undertrykk skulle kunne slutte ventilplaten 5 mot setet / Ibg åpne ved setet 6, slik at innånding gjennom ledningen 8 ville; jvære mulig.,. Tilbakeslagsventilen 9 hindrer en slik innånding.
;2) Kunstig andedrett fra redderens gassforråd:
jHvis pasientens: spontane åndedrett opphorer, behbver redderen
bare a trykke pa gummi blæren k for innblåsing, idet tilbakeslags-
ventilen lo er stengt og ventilplaten 5 stenger ved setet 6 og åpner ved setet /. Utånding skjer ved brystkassens virkning som ved spontant åndedrett. Derved fylles blæren ved at den er selvekspanderende og ved ekspansjonen suger inn luft via tilbakeslagsventilen lo og fylles.
Skulle av noen grunn, f.eks. hvis smusspartikler er kommet inn i
systemet, gasstilforselen fra gassforrådet til tross for at blæren er fylt ikke opphore, oppstår et overtrykk i ledningssy-
stemet 3 og 11. Dette overtrykk skulle, hvis det tillates å være igjen, motvirke pasiéntens utånding, ved at ventilplaten 5 press-
es opp mot setet 6. Eftersom en sikkerhetsventil 13a er anordnet på membranet 13 avledes dog slike ikke onskete overtrykk, hvor-
for pasienten aldri vil bli utsatt for sådanne åndingsbesvær.
3) Så vidt den nodlidende befinner seg i atmosfære egnet for ånd-
ing, slik at han ikke lenger behbver gass fra forrådet, så kan regulatoren kobles bort ved 13 og såvel spontant åndedrett som kunstig åndedrett kan skje direkte fra omgivende atmosfære ana-
logt med hva som ble beskrevet under 1) og 2>.
Claims (2)
1. Åndingsapparat for spontan eller kunstig ånding med mulighet for tilfbrsel av åndingsgass fra et gassforråd, om-
fattende en åndingsmaske, en med åndingsmasken forbundet fler-veisventil for å muliggjbre utånding til omgivelsene og inn-, ånding gjennom en med ventilen forbundet innblåsningsledning, et sammentrykkbart og selvekspanderbart reservoar forbundet méd innblåsningsledningen, og ai innåndingsledning som munner ut på innblåsningsledningen karakterisert ved en tilbakeslagsventil Cio) anordnet ved Innåndingsledningens munning, en med innåndingsledningen forbundet regulator (12), som omfatter en sikkerhetsventil (13a), og en tilfbrselsledning (16) for forbindelse med et gassforråd, og en på åndingsmaskens ut-åndingsledning (8) anordnet tilbakeslagsventil (9).
2. Anordning som angitt i krav 1,karakterisert ved en demonterbar kobling anordnet i innåndingsledningen (11) mellom regulatoren (12) og innblåsningsledningen (3).
