Description
Kobberlegering, fortrinnsvis bestemt til press-støpning.
I patent nr. 98 324 er angitt en kobberlegering som har en slik sammenset-ning at den lett lar seg press-støpe, at den
blir lett å behandle med skjæreverktøy,
samt at den får god korrosjonsbestandig-het og gode fasthetsegenskaper. Den i pa-tentet angitte legering består generelt av
62—70 pst. kobber, 0,3—3,00 pst. aluminium,
1,0—3,5 pst. bly, 0,5—1,5 pst. silisium, 0,02—
0,1 pst. arsen og resten sink.
Det har vist seg at denne legerings
egenskaper kan forbedres ytterligere hvis
man også tilsetter tinn i en mengde av
0,5—1,5 pst.
Et eksempel på en legeringssammen-setning i henhold til denne forbedring er:
