Description
Anordning ved bore-jumbo.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører borutstyr av den type som består av en transportabel understøttelse til hvilken er festet et hensiktsmessig antall svingbart lagrede og fortrinnsvis hydraulisk bevegelige borarmer, arbeids-plattformer o. 1. En slik anordning kalles av fagfolk innen dette om-råde en jumbo.
Oppfinnelsen har til hensikt å tilveie-bringe en bore-jumbo av det slag som er utformet portalformet, og som har visse ytterligere fordeler overfor tidligere kjente slike. Ved at jumboen er portalformet kan vogner og gravemaskiner passere gjennom denne uten at det er nødvendig at jumboen føres ut av tunnellen eller demonteres for slik passasje. Videre muliggjøres ifølge oppfinnelsen at bore jumboen kan transporte-
res til og fra arbeidsstedene på et hvilket som helst foreliggende kjøretøy på an-leggsplassen, f. eks. en lastebil. Dette opp-nåes ved at portalens tverrligger er anordnet hev- og senkbar i forhold til portalens sidestøtter, hvorved jumboen altså kan løf-
te seg selv. Derved kan som det umiddel-bart vil forståes tverrliggeren løftes opp til en høyde som tillater at et kjøretøy føres inn under tverrliggeren, hvorpå denne sen-kes ned til anlegg mot kjøretøyet og side-støttene eller benene trekkes derpå opp fra berøring med marken, hvorpå forflytning kan foregå.
Til bedre forståelse av oppfinnelsen vises det til tegningen, hvor et utførelses-eksempel er skjematisk gjengitt.
Fig. 1 viser en bore-jumbo ifølge opp-
finnelsen anordnet for transport på en las-tevogn til eller fra arbeidsplassen.
Fig. 2 viser bore-jumboen avlastet på
arbeidsstedet og anbragt i arbeidsstilling.
Fig. 3 viser bore-jumboen med tverrliggeren oppløftet for å la en gravemaskin passere, og
fig. 4 viser bore-jumboen i arbeidsstilling.
I fig. 3 og 4 er borarmer, arbeidsplatt-form m. v. sløyfet for enkelhets skyld.
Bore-jumboen ifølge det viste eksem-pel består av to side-støtter 1 og en tverrligger 3. Sidestøttene 1 har horisontale for-lengelser 2, og de nedre deler av denne anordning er forsynt med nedsvingbare ben 4, 5 der ved hydrauliske midler 6, 7 kan svinges ned, hvorved samtidig jumboen løf-tes opp slik at en transportvogn 10 kan kjøres inn under tverrliggeren. Når derpå benene 4, 5 trekkes opp, vil jumboen hvile med understøttelsene 14 på lastevognens plan. For å gi sikker understøttelse under transporten er understøttelsene 14 forsynt med om en vertikal akse svingbare støtte-stykker 14'.
Den portalformete bore-jumbo er forsynt med et hensiktsmessig antall bore-armer 8, 8' og en arbeidsplattformbom 9. Disse organ er teleskopisk forlengbare og hydraulisk bevegelige og kan således brin-ges til arbeidsstilling hvor det måtte ønskes på tunnel-veggen.
I fig. 3 sees hvorledes jumboen i stil-ling med oppløftet tverrligger 3 tillater passasje av en gravemaskin 11. Støttestyk-kene 14' er da svinget parallelt med kjøre-retningen for gravemaskinen gjennom
portal-jumboen.

tverrliggeren 3.
Som nevnt er arbeidsutstyret for over-siktens skyld sløyfet i fig. 3 og 4, men sist-nevnte figur gir allikevel et klart bilde av
hvilket stort arbeidsområde en slik portal-jumbo har, idet arbeidsverktøy montert på
sidestøttene vil kunne arbeide helt ut til de
relativt fjerntliggende tunnelvegger 13.
Claims (2)
1. Anordning ved bore-jumbo omfat-
tende en transportabel understøttelse for
svingbart lagrede og hydraulisk bevegelige bor-armer, arbeidsplattformer o. 1., hvilken understøttelse er portalformet, karakterisert ved at portalens tverrligger (3) ved hydrauliske organ er hev- og senkbar i forhold til portalens sidestøtter (1), ved at tverrliggeren (3) er forsynt med nedadgående støtter (1') som er teleskopisk forskyvbare i sidestøttene (1).
2. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at sidestøttene (1) har horisontale forlengelsespartier (2) og at disse såvel som sidestøttene nedentil på kjent måte er forsynt med nedsvingbare ben (4, 5) e. 1.
