Fremgangsmåte og apparat for filtrering av smeltet metall, særlig aluminium.

Description

Utåndingsarrangement for gassmasker.
Oppfinnelsen er beregnet på gassmasker som er utstyrt med inn-åndings- og utåndings-ventiler og består i en kombinasjon av utåndingsventilen med et munnstykke innvendig i gassmasken. Oppfinnelsen har til hensikt å forhindre at det danner seg kondens og dugg inne i maskene og på vindu eller øyeglass.
Gassmasker brukt under den første verdenskrig var i stor utstrekning beregnet på innånding og utånding gjennom filterpatronen, og de manglet ventiler for inn- og ut-åndingen.
De mest avanserte gassmasker i dag er utstyrt med innåndings-ventiler i forbindelse med filterpatronen og en utåndingsventil montert direkte på masken. Friskluft trekkes inn gjennom filterpatronen, og utåndingsluft blåses ut av masken til fri luft gjennorn utåndingsventilen. Oppfinnelsen gjelder spesielt denne type gassmasker, hvor utåndingsventilen er montert direkte på masken. Den vedrører ikke gassmasker som ved slangeforbindelser $r kombinert med respirasjonskammer i et lukket system. Munnstykket utgjør for disse masker enten endestykket av en slange-forbindelse (U.S. pat.nr. 2.o27.392), eller det kan være tilkoblet systemet ved hjelp av et koblingsstykke, som fraskrudd tillater bytte av filterpatron (tysk pat.3ol.619) og som tilskrudd sørger for lufttett forbindelse mellom kammer, filterpatron og gassmaske.
Oppfinnelsen har til hensikt å oppnå en billig erstatning for innermasker ved moderne gassmasker. Innermasken er likesom munnstykket kombinert med utåndingsventilen og hindrer kondens og dugg på vindu eller øyeglass. Hen innermasken hindrer ikke fuktig utåndingsluft på den dei av ansiktet som befinner seg innvendig i innermasken. "Dead space" er her ikke ubetydelig, mens man ved bruk av munnstykke kan regne den lik null.
OppfinnelsenVstår i den spesielle kombinasjon av munnstykke og utåndingsventil. Munnstykkets gjengedel (C) er forsynt med inn-vendige gjenger. Utåndingsventilen (A) har en utvendig gjenget rørstuss (D), som stikker inn gjennom en åpning i masken rett ut for munnpartiet. Når munnstykket skrues fast på rørstussen, vil maskepartiet rundt åpningen klemmes fast mellom den utvendige ventilflate og utåndingsventilen og bevirker lufttett forbindelse av utåndingsventilen til masken.
Tegningen viser et 2-delt munnstykke (B og C), hvor C er skrudd fast på utåndingsventilen og del B er forskyvbart festet på del C.

Claims (2)

1. Anordning innvendig i gass-, resp. røyk-masker, som er utstyrt med inn- og ut-åndingsventiler, beregnet på å hindre kondens i masken og dugg på vindu eller øyeglass, karakterisert ved at et med indre gjenger forsynt munnstykke (C) påskrudd utåndingsventilens ytre gjengede rørstuss (D), som er ført inn gjennom en åpning i masken, sørger for at maskepartiet rundt den nevnte åpning klemmes fast mellom utåndingsventilens (A) ytre flate og munnstykket (C) og bevirker lufttett befestigelse av utåndingsventilen (A) til masken.
2. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at munnstykket består av to deler (B,C), hvor delen B er regulerbar med pa den/indre gjenger forsynte del (C).
