Description
Hengselanordning med hydraulisk svingstempeimotor for påvirkning av to skips-lukelemmeelementer som er svingbare i forhold til hverandre.
Det er kjent for hydrauliske svinge-stempelservomotorer å redusere belastnin-gen på motorens aksel og dennes lågere
ved å forsyne akselen og det omgivende hus
med parvis diametralt motsatte vinger, slik
at de krefter som påvirker vingene og som
ofte er meget store, utbalanserer hverandre. Denne i og for seg meget gunstige for-holdsregel medfører imidlertid den ulempe
at servomotoren ikke kan tilveiebringe en
større dreiningisvinkel enn ca. 100° for de
av servomotoren påvirkede, i forhold til
hverandre svingbare elementer.
Det forekommer imidlertid, f. eks. når
servomotoren skal anvendes for å man-øvrere sammenfoldbare lukedeksler for far-tøy, at en større dreiningsvinkel, i nevnte
tilfelle 180°, er nødvendig. Oppfinnelsen
vedrører en anordning som gjør dette mu-lig.
Anordningen ifølge oppfinnelsen kjen-netegnes ved at hvert hengsel består av to
svingestempelmotorer, hvis svingbare element i de to motorer har motsatt dreieret-ning og hvis motorhus på i og for seg kjent
måte ved beslag er fast forbundet med to
nærliggende dekselseksjoner, idet den felles
motoraksel ved begge ender er lagret i beslagene.
Oppfinnelsen vil fremtre klarere av
tegningene hvor:
Fig. 1 viser en utføreliseBform hvor to svingstempelservomotorer er anbragt ved siden av hverandre på en felles fritt drei-
bar aksel og er anordnet for å svinge hver sin svingbare del 90° i motsatte retninger; Fig. 2 og 3 viser tverrsnitt etter linjen II—II på fig. 1 med lukene sammenfelt resp. utfeit; Fig. 4 og 5 viser likeledes1 tverrsnitt
etter linjen IV—IV på fig. 1;
Fig. 6—8 viser hvorledes den på fig. 1—5 illustrerte anordning anbringes på og manøvrerer en foldeluke på et fartøy, og
Flg. 9 viser en annen utførelsesform hvor to svingstempelservomotorer er anbragt, den ene konsentrisk utenpå den annen.
Ved utførelsesformen ifølge figurene 1—5 er to svingstempelmotorhus 1 og 2 anbragt på en felles aksel 3, hvis ender er dreibart lagret i hvert sitt lager 4 og 5. Av disse lågere er det ene 4 festet på den ene lukes 6 i 45° vinkel avfasede kant 7 og det annet 5 på den annen lukes 8 i 45° vinkel avfasede kant 9. Mellom disse lager 4,5 er anbragt de to svingstempelmotorhus 1,2. Av disse hus er 1, som ligger nærmest det på luken 6 festede lager 4, festet til luken 8, og hus 2, som ligger nærmest lageret 5 som er festet på luken 8 er festet til luken
6. Hvert hus 1 resp. 2 er anordnet for å
kunne svinge den luke 8 resp. 6 på hvilken det er festet 90° i forhold til den felles aksel 3, men til motsatte retninger, slik at de to luker 6 og 8 kan svinges 180° i forhold til hverandre.
På fig. 6—8 vises hvorledes svingstem-pelservomotorene anbringes på lukene 6,8
og samvirker med disse. Figurene taler for
seg selv og nødvendiggjør ikke andre for-klaringer enn at servomotorene er betegnet
med 10 og at 11 betegner hjul og 12 hengsle-jern. Med 13 betegnes lukekarmen, 14 er
dekket og 15 hengslejem. 16 er en rullebane
for hjulene 11.
Ved utførselsformen ifølge fig. 9 er to
hus 17 og 18 anbragt, det ene konsentrisk
utenpå det annet, idet det indre hus 17 er
forsynt med vinger 19, 20 både på inn- og
utsiden, slik at det tjener som aksel for det
ytre hus 18. Derved må den innerste aksel
21 være ikke-dreibart festet til den annen
av de to i forhold til hverandre dreibare
deler, mens mellomhuset 17 er dreibart lagret både i det ytre hus 18 og på den innerste
aksel 21.
Claims (3)
1. Hengselanordning med hydraulisk
svingestempelmotor for påvirkning av to i forhold til hverandre svingbare lukkedek- selseksjoner for fartøy, karakterisert
v e d at hvert hengsel består av to svingestempelmotorer (1, 2), hvis svingbare element i de to motorer har motsatt dreieret-ning og hvis motorhus på i og for seg kjent måte ved beslag (4, 5) er fast forbundet med to nærliggende dekselseksjoner (6, 8), idet den felles motoraksel (3); ved begge ender er lagret i beslagene (4, 5).
2. Hengselanordning som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at svingestempelmotorene (1, 2) er anbragt etter hverandre på akselen (3).
3. Modifikasjon av anordningen som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at svingestempelmotorene (1, 2) er anbragt konsentrisk, idet et indre hus (17) er anordnet for å tjene som vingebærende aksel for det nærmest utenforliggende hus (18) på sådan måte at den ene motors svingbare element er fast forbundet med den sentrale aksel (21) og det annet svingbare element er fast forbundet med det ytre hus (18).
