Description

Sammensatt gulvbord.
Denne oppfinnelse gjelder en anordning ved sammensatte gulvbord forsynt med fjær og not for å muliggjøre bordenes fastspikring til et underlag, idet disse er satt sammen av en relativt tykk, lydisolerende plate av et materiale med dårlig holdfasthet mot fastspikring, hvilken plates overside er belagt med et slitesj ikt av finér, mens dens underside er forbundet med en relativt tykk treplate.
Ved at ifølge oppfinnelsen fjæren og noten er anordnet i den nedentil støttende treplate med fjærens øvre flate fallende sammen med treplatens øvre flate kan disse gulvbord spikres fast på et underlag på vanlig måte, idet spikrene bare behøver å slås gjennom den nedentil støttende treplate.
Oppfinnelsen beskrives nærmere neden-for i forbindelse med vedlagte tegning som viser et tverrsnitt gjennom en utførelse av et gulvbord ifølge oppfinnelsen.
Det viste gulvbord er fremstilt av en
plate 1 av lydisolerende materiale, for-trinnsvis en slik plate som er fremstilt av sammenpresset sagflis samt bindemiddel, og hvis overside er belagt med et slitesj ikt 2 av finér, f. eks. ekefinér. Platen 1 under-støttes nedentil av en relativt tykk treplate 3 som kan være av furu. Gulvbordets tre sjikt er sammenlimt til hverandre.
Som det fremgår av tegningen er gulvbordet forsynt med fjær 4 og not 5 langs lengdekantene, idet fjær og not ifølge oppfinnelsen er utformet i den undre treplate 3, slik at fjærens overside faller sammen med treplatens overside.
Gulvbordet kan legges direkte på gul-vets bjelkelag 6 og spikres fast til dette ved
hjelp av spikre som slås gjennom fjærens overside.
Da den lydisolerende plate som regel er følsom for fuktighet bør før gulvet legges eller i forbindelse med dette platens åpne, av sjiktene 2 og 3 ikke beskyttede langsgående kanter samt endeflater be-strykes med et fuktighetsisolerende belegg 7.
For å unngå spenninger i treplaten 3 kan den nedentil forsynes med langsgående innsnitt 8.
Da en av sagflis presset plate kan gi relativt stor trykkholdfasthet behøver sli-tes jiktet 2 bare å gjøres relativt tynt for at gulvet skal få tilstrekkelig motstands-evne ved stor belastning. Således behøver vanligvis finérsjiktet 2 bare å gjøres 3 mm tykt for å oppnå tilstrekkelig holdfasthet.
Finérsjiktet kan sammensettes av mindre finérstykker og ved å gi disse en
hensiktsmessig form kan gulvet gis møn-stret overflate som etterligner flaten for et parkettgulv.
Oppfinnelsen er selvsagt ikke begren-set til den her beskrevne og på tegningen viste utførelse, men kan modifiseres innen-for oppfinnelsens ramme. Antall sjikt i gulvbordet kan således være større enn tre.

Claims (2)

1. Anordning ved sammensatte gulvbord forsynt med fjær og not for mulig-gjørelse av bordenes fastspikring på et underlag, idet disse er satt sammen av en relativt tykk, lydisolerende plate av et materiale med dårlig holdfasthet for fastspikring, hvilken plates overside er belagt
med et slitesjikt av finér, mens dens underside er forbundet med en relativt tykk treplate, karakterisert ved at fjæren (41) og noten (5) er anordnet i den understøttende treplate (3) med fjærens overside fallende sammen med treplatens (3) overside.
2. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at den lydisolerende plates (1) udekkede flater er forsynt med et fuktighetsisolerende belegg (7).
