Description
Titel: Haarvoedingsmiddel en de bereiding daarvan.
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een haarvoedingsmiddel en de bereiding daarvan. Meer in het bijzonder heeft de uitvinding betrekking op een haarvoedingsmiddel welke gefermenteerde produkten omvat die verkregen worden door, bijvoorbeeld, een mengsel van lipase en proteinase of rijstgist toe te passen op een substraat, dat plantaardige eiwitten zoals rijstzemelen en plantaardige lipiden bevat, alsmede de bereiding daarvan.
Het werkelijke mechanisme van de uitval en groei van haren moet nog ontdekt worden. In het algemeen wordt echter gedacht dat belangrijke oorzaken voor het uitvallen van haar een interruptie in de bloedcirculatie, een geringe stofwis-selingssnelheid, uitzonderlijke hoeveelheid mannelijk hormoon, huidontsteking of allergieën kunnen zijn.
Een haar bestaat uit het gedeelte dat uit de huid omhoog steekt en het gedeelte onder de huid. Het haarzakje aan de wortel van een haar bestaat uit weefsel waarvan de cellen papillaire cellen worden genoemd. Een groot aantal capillairen omgeeft een haarzakje en papillaire cellen nemen voedingsstoffen op uit het bloed dat door de capillairen heen stroomt, waarbij deze cellen zich herhaaldelijk delen en het haar laten groeien.
Indien het bloed echter niet in voldoende mate aan de cellen wordt toegevoerd, neemt de celdelingsactiviteit af, wat resulteert in een blokkering van de haargroei. Dienovereenkomstig wordt vaak gesteld dat het voor de groei van het haar noodzakelijk is om de bloedcirculatie in de huid te stimuleren en de functies van de cellen te activeren.
Het haarzakje dat een haar omgeeft, bezit het enzym 5a-reductase, wat door middel van een combinatie met mannelijk hormoon wordt omgezet in 5a-dihydrotestosteron, wat daarna via de bloedvaten naar de papillaire cellen wordt getransporteerd, waarbij de activiteit van adenylcyclase daarvan verminderd wordt en een afname van het aantal celdelingen het gevolg is.
Als een gevolg daarvan wordt het haarzakje langzamerhand geatrofieerd, en het haar wordt slap, waardoor kaalheid gaat optreden.
Naast de voorbeelden die hierboven genoemd zijn, zijn er een aantal andere gezichtspunten op het mechanisme van het uitvallen en het groeien van haar, hoewel geen van dezen echt bewezen is.
Op dit moment zijn er een groot aantal soorten van haargroeimiddelen aanwezig op de markt, die claimen dat ze verbindingen bevatten waarvan de distributeurs geloven dat ze effectief zijn, in overeenstemming met hun idee van het mechanisme, bijvoorbeeld, voor het verbeteren van de bloedcirculatie in de hoofdhuid en/of het activeren van papillaire cellen. Een haarmiddel dat werkelijk effectief is moet echter nog steeds op de markt verschijnen.
Onder deze omstandigheden heeft de uitvinder van de onderhavige uitvinding een lang en inspannend onderzoek uitgevoerd en is uiteindelijk de onderhavige uitvinding gedaan van een haarvoedingsmiddel dat uitstekend werkt op haren, en dat gefermenteerde produkten omvat die verkregen worden door, bijvoorbeeld, een mengsel van lipase en proteinase of rijstgist aan te brengen op een substraat dat plantaardige eiwitten zoals rijstzemelen en plantaardige lipiden bevat.
De onderhavige uitvinding voorziet derhalve in een haarvoedingsmiddel dat gefermenteerde produkten omvat die verkregen worden door, bijvoorbeeld, een mengsel van lipase en proteinase of rijstgist aan te brengen op een substraat dat plantaardig eiwit zoals rijstzemelen en plantaardige lipiden bevat, alsmede een werkwijze voor de bereiding daarvan.
Het genoemde substraat kan alles omvatten dat maar plantaardige eiwitten en plantaardige lipiden bevat. Het enzym voor de fermentatie moet de mogelijkheid bezitten om het plantaardige eiwit en het plantaardige lipide in de substraat uiteen te laten vallen. Een dergelijk enzym kan lipase of proteinase zijn. Bovendien kunnen daarnaast andere soorten enzym, zoals amylase, gebruikt worden.
De gefermenteerde produkten worden gefiltreerd en de haarvoedingsmiddelen volgens de onderhavige uitvinding worden op deze manier verkregen. Deze middelen zijn onschadelijk voor het menselijk lichaam en vertonen uitstekende effecten bij het voorkomen van haaruitval alsmede bij het vermeerderen van haargroei.
De onderhavige uitvinding zal in de volgende passages uitgebreid beschreven worden.
Een substraat voor het bereiden van een haarvoedings-middel volgens de onderhavige uitvinding, kan alles zijn dat plantaardige eiwitten en plantaardige lipiden bevat. Het kan bijvoorbeeld bestaan uit graanprodukten zoals rijstzemelen, sake-droesem. tarwezaadkiemen, fusuma-zemelen, heel boekwijt of heel boerenerf-gierst, boonprodukten zoals sojabonen, boonwrongelafval, sojabonenmelk, adzuki-bonen. sojabonenbloem of koffiedik, of andere producten zoals broodwortel (yam), taros, theeblaadjes, honing, sesam, pinda's, lotuszaden, ashitaba. biefstukplanten, wakame-zeeqras of -zeewier. Rijstzemelen, sake-droesem. fusuma-zemelen. koffiedik, tarwezaadkiemen, sesam, boonwrongelafval, sojabonen en adzuki-bonen hebben de voorkeur omdat zij plantaardige eiwitten en plantaardige lipiden in goed uitgebalanceerde hoeveelheden bevatten.
Enzymen die gebruikt worden voor de fermentatie volgens de onderhavige uitvinding moeten in staat zijn om zowel plantaardige eiwitten als plantaardige lipiden in de genoemde substraten uiteen te laten vallen. Deze eiwitten kunnen lipasen en proteinase zijn en ook andere enzymen zoals amylase kunnen additioneel gebruikt worden. Naast lipase en proteinase kan ook rijstgist gebruikt worden, dat de mogelijkheid bezit om een grote hoeveelheid enzym in een levend lichaam te produceren.
Lipase, dat gebruikt wordt voor de onderhavige uitvinding, kan spermato-lipase zijn dat gebruikt wordt in het zure bereik, en dat gevonden kan worden in een aantal soorten teelaarde, gisten, micro-organismen, lichaamsvloeistoffen, of ook het enzym dat uit interne organen wordt verkregen. Meer in het bijzonder kunnen alvleesklierlipase, leverlipase, tuberculosebacterie-lipase, FIB-lipase en hima-lipase gebruikt worden.
Het proteinase dat wordt gebruikt bij de onderhavige uitvinding is bij voorkeur zuur bij de voor de bereiding meest geschikte pH. Met betrekking tot dit punt kunnen pepsine, trypsine of chymotrypsine, die geen bijzonder actieve base bevatten met uitzondering van het aminozuurresidu van het enzym zelf, en die geen speciale reagentia voor enzymatische activiteiten benodigen, gebruikt worden. De meeste enzymen of cathepsinen die gevonden worden in plantaardige enzymen en dierlijke cellen zoals papaïne of ficine, welke geactiveerd worden door een reducerend middel zoals hydrocyanaat, ascorbinezuur, cysteïne of glutathion, kunnen ook gebruikt worden. Meer in het bijzonder kunnen chymotrypsine, trypsine, pepsine, carboxypeptidase, cathepsine A, cathepsine B, cathepsine C', cathepsine III, cathepsine IV, nieracylase I, nieracylase II, leucine-aminopeptidase, aminotripeptidase, glycilglycinedipectitase, prolitase, prolinase, piasmine, thrompine, papaïne, ficine, streptococcen-proteïnase, Cl, historyticum-proteïnase of -peptidase gebruikt worden.
Gefermenteerde produkten kunnen verkregen worden door het enzym op het genoemde substraat toe te passen. De gefermenteerde produkten zijn door middel van HPLC geanalyseerd waarbij de hierna volgende resultaten werden verkregen. De genoemde analysen werden uitgevoerd door middel van een detector (LC-9A, Shimadzu Seisakusho, Co., Ltd.) en kolommen (3 m lengte). Als eluent werd acetonitril gebruikt, de kolomtemperatuur werd op ongeveer 30°C gehouden en de flow-snelheid was ongeveer 10 ml/min.
De gefermenteerde produkten bleken dergelijke vetzuren als myristinezuur, palmitinezuur, stearinezuur, arachidezuur, beheenzuur, lignocerinezuur, dodeceenzuur, tetradeceenzuur, tetradecadieenzuur, pentadeceenzuur, hexadeceenzuur, oleïne-zuur, linolzuur, linoleenzuur, eicosaanzuur, eicosadieenzuur, arachidonzuur, eicosatrieenzuur, dococeenzuur, en docosahexaanzuur te bevatten. De gefermenteerde produkten bleken ook dergelijke aminozuren als leucine, isoleucine, lysine, methionine, cysteine, fenylalanine, tyrosine, threonine, tryptofaan, valine, histidine, arginine, asparaginezuur, alanine, glutaminezuur, glycine, proline en celine te bevatten.
Zoals uit de resultaten van de analysen bleek, bevatten de gefermenteerde produkten volgens de onderhavige uitvinding een grote verscheidenheid aan aminozuren en vetzuren. Men denkt dat aminozuren als functie hebben het geven van voedingsstoffen aan papillaire cellen, en men denkt dat vetzuren de capillaire bloedvaten activeren en laten expanderen, om het haar te voorzien van vocht om een glanzend uiterlijk te geven evenals het inactiveren van 5a-reductase wat in het haarzakje aanwezig is, om te voorkomen dat het haar slap wordt. Men denkt dat zowel de verbindingen afzonderlijk als in combinatie de groei van het haar verbeteren. Opgemerkt moet worden dat de gefermenteerde produkten ook aminozuren bevatten, waaronder zwavel en onverzadigde vetzuren, waarbij men van beide denkt dat deze uitzonderlijk goede effecten op de haargroei vertonen.
Er is gevonden dat de produkten, die verkregen zijn door middel van fermentatie waarbij rijstgist op het substraat volgens de onderhavige uitvinding werd toegepast, in kleine hoeveelheden de volgende stoffen bevatten; vitame A, vitame Βχ, vitame B2, vitame Ββ, vitame B12, vitame C, vitame E, koper, ijzer, calcium, fosfor, purine, deoxyribo-nucleïnezuur, ribonucleïnezuur, adenine, guanine, uracil, cytosine en xantine naast de verbindingen die al aanwezig waren in de genoemde gefermenteerde produkten, die verkregen waren door een mengsel van lipase en proteinase toe te passen, omdat een grote hoeveelheid aan enzymen naast lipase en proteinase, zoals amylase, glutaminase, cellulase en pectinase in het rijstgist geproduceerd worden, waarbij niet alleen het plantaardige eiwit en het plantaardige lipide in het substraat uiteenvallen maar ook andere verbindingen. Men denkt dat dergelijke andere verbindingen ook meewerken om de haargroei te verbeteren, door middel van een synergistische werking met de genoemde aminozuren en vetzuren.
Om de haarvoedingsmiddelen volgens de onderhavige uitvinding houdbaar te maken, kunnen zij ingevroren worden of gekookt, waarbij echter geen functionele verandering of afname van de effecten van de haarvoedingsmiddelen optreedt.
In de volgende passages wordt een beschrijving van een werkwijze voor het bereiden van de haarvoedingsmiddelen volgens de onderhavige uitvinding gegeven. De werkwijze omvat stappen waarin het enzym op een substraat, welk plantaardige eiwitten en plantaardige lipiden bevat, wordt toegepast en waarbij de op deze wijze verkregen gefermenteerde produkten worden gefiltreerd.
De fermentatie wordt onder waterige omstandigheden uitgevoerd. Lipase en proteinase of rijstgist, dat andere enzymen zoals amylase produceert, worden gebruikt als enzym. Het lipase en het proteinase kunnen zowel afzonderlijk als in een mengsel worden toegepast. Het genoemde mengsel kan andere enzymen, zoals amylase, bevatten om de ontledende werking te verbeteren en andere verbindingen in het substraat te ontleden. Het heeft de voorkeur om 0,1 gew.dl van elk enzym in het genoemde mengsel toe te passen op 100 gew.dln substraat. Wanneer rijstgist wordt gebruikt, is het beter om 1 gew.dl rijstgist tegen 100 gew.dln substraat toe te passen, omdat de ontledende werking van het genoemde gist zwak is in vergelijking met die van lipase of proteinase.
De fermentatietemperatuur is bij voorkeur kamertemperatuur of 35°C-45°C, en als bufferoplossing kunnen oplossingen met een pH van 6-11 worden toegepast van collidine.HC1, primair kaliumfosfaat-secundair kaliumfosfaat, natrium Veronal. HCl, trisaminomethaan.HCl, borax.HCl, boorzuur-natrium-carboraat, aminomethylpropaandiol.HCl, ammoniumchloride-ammonia, glycine-natriumhydroxide, boorzuur-natriumhydroxide, natriumdimethylglycinaat .HCl, natriumbicarbonaat-natrium- carbonaat, borax-natriumhydroxide, borax-natriumcarbonaat, natriumcarbonaat.HC1, secundair natriumfosfaat-natrium-hydroxide of dergelijke. Elke combinatie of combinaties van de genoemde verbindingen kunnen ook worden gebruikt in de vorm van een mengsel.
De reactietijd voor de fermentatie is bij voorkeur 5-10 uur, onder roeren. De voltooiing van de reactie kan vastgesteld worden, zoals bij lipase, door een vooraf vastgestelde kleurstof toe te voegen als indicator en de hoeveelheid van de geëxtraheerde vetzuren, welke door middel van hydrolyse van de ester geproduceerd worden, te meten, of door middel van elektrische titratie waarbij alkali wordt toegepast. Wanneer het bovenstaande niet gemakkelijk kan worden uitgevoerd, dan kan een colorimetrische bepaling voor de alcohol die vrijkomt bij de hydrolyse uitgevoerd worden.
Bij proteinase kan de ninhydrine-colorimetrische bepaling worden uitgevoerd, welke een colorimetrische bepaling van aminozuren is, door middel van de blauwe kleurstof die geproduceerd wordt wanneer ninhydrine wordt verhit. Wanneer dit niet gemakkelijk kan worden uitgevoerd kan de formoltritratie van S0rensen worden uitgevoerd. Deze werkwijze is een toepassing van het fenomeen van de divergerende titratiecurve van het a-aminoradicaal of iminoradicaal in de aanwezigheid van formaldehyde. Voor de sterilisatie verdient de sterilisatie in een autoclaaf de voorkeur.
Het haarvoedingsmiddel volgens de onderhavige uitvinding wordt verkregen door water of alcohol aan de gefermenteerde produkten toe te voegen, na deze gefermenteerde produkten te hebben gefiltreerd. Het haarvoedingsmiddel dat op deze manier verkregen wordt kan direct worden gebruikt, of kan gemengd worden met een haarlotion, haarcrème, haarvloeistof, haartonic, pommade, shampoo of spoeling.
Het is mogelijk om het haarvoedingsmiddel volgens de onderhavige uitvinding te mengen met sommige verbindingen die vaak worden toegepast bij conventionele haargroeimiddelen zoals een middel dat de bloedtoestroming verbetert, een metabolisme-versneller, anti-mannelijk hormoon, een ontstekingsremmer, anti-allergiemiddel, vochtinbrenger, antibac-terieel middel, en/of koelmiddel. Deze middelen zijn, bijvoorbeeld, tocoferolacetaat, caproniumchloride, koolzuurgas, hinokitiol. pantonylethyletherbenzoïnaat, glyceridepenta-decanaat, vitamine H, ethynyloestradiol, glythylricinezuur, difenylhydraminechloride, hyaluronzuur, Minisasanishiki-extract, mononitroguaiacol, Toaarashi-tinctuur. Shoukvo-tinctuur, hydrocortison, difenylhydraminechloride, D-panto-thenylalcohol, salicylzuur, melkzuur, natriumlactaat, menthol en dergelijke.
Voorbeeld 1
Rijstzemelen werden gebruikt als substraat. 1000 ml warm water werd toegevoegd aan 500 g van de genoemde rijstzemelen, en er werd goed geroerd. Het mengsel werd daarna overgebracht in een geschikt vat zoals een glazen of plastic vat, en 5 g rijstgist werd aan het genoemde mengsel toegevoegd. 3 g natriumbicarbonaat werd tevens toegevoegd als buffer om de pH te regelen. Het vat werd door middel van een verwarmer tot ongeveer 45°C verhit en op deze temperatuur gehouden. Men liet het mengsel gedurende één hele dag staan, waarbij men af en toe roerde. Het mengsel werd pasta-achtig en de genoemde pasta-achtige vloeistof in het vat werd door een doek gezeefd waarbij ongeveer 1000 ml van een half-doorzichtige haarvoe-dende vloeistof verkregen werd.
Voorbeeld 2
Gemalen sojabonen werden gebruikt als substraat. 600 ml water werd aan 200 g van genoemde gemalen sojabonen toegevoegd. 100 g dierlijke organen werden bereid en 200 ml water werd aan deze dierlijke organen toegevoegd, welke daarna door middel van een homogeniseerapparaat werden vermalen om een homogenaat te bereiden. Het genoemde homogenaat werd bij 1500 rpm gecentrifugeerd. Het supernatant, 100 ml, werd aan het substraat toegevoegd. Natriumcarbonaat-boorzuur werd op hetzelfde moment als buffer toegevoegd om de pH op 10,0 te brengen. Het mengsel werd op ongeveer 40°C gehouden. De enzymactiviteiten werden gemeten door middel van een kletto-fotoëlektrische colorimeter (filter nr. 540) en het einde van de activiteit werd na ongeveer 8 uur waargenomen.
40 ml 0,1 M (pH 10,0) natriumcarbonaat-boorzuur werd als buffer aan de op deze manier verkregen gefermenteerde vloeistof toegevoegd. Daarna werd chymotripsine toegevoegd in een eindconcentratie van 0,1 M. Het mengsel werd op ongeveer 40°C gehouden. De bevestiging van de voltooiing van de fermentatie werd verkregen door de hoeveelheid ammonia in de‘ monstervloeistof te meten met behulp van de Conway's methode, waarbij monsters van 0,2 ml elk uit het hele mengsel werden genomen. Na ongeveer 10 uur hield de vorming van ammonia op en was de fermentatie compleet. De gefermenteerde vloeistof werd daarna gefiltreerd en met water gewassen. Een haarvoedende vloeistof werd op deze manier verkregen.
Voorbeeld 3
Gemalen adzuki werd gebruikt als substraat. 500 ml water werd aan 200 g van de genoemde gemalen adzuki toegevoegd, en het mengsel werd gesuspendeerd. Afzonderlijk hiervan werd lipase, verkregen uit PIB-mycelium, in 100 ml gedestilleerd water opgelost, dat daarna gedurende ongeveer 2 minuten met een Knapp-March mixer gemengd werd en gedurende ongeveer 20 minuten bij kamertemperatuur werd gelaten. De bovenstaande vloeistof die na het centrifugeren van het mengsel bij 2000 rmp gedurende 30 minuten werd verkregen, werd aan het genoemde mengsel van gemalen adzuki en water toegevoegd. Een Britton-Robinson buffer (fosforzuur, azijnzuur, boorzuur, natriumhydroxide), werd hieraan toegevoegd om de pH op 9,0 te stellen. Men liet het mengsel gedurende ongeveer 8 uur bij ongeveer 35°C schudden.
Het fermentatieproces werd gevolgd door te titreren met 0,05 M alcoholisch zoutzuur.
Afzonderlijk hiervan werd papaïne, dat zo verkrijgbaar is, in water opgelost en waterstofsulfide werd gedurende enkele uren door het mengsel geleid. Daarna werd alcohol aan het genoemde mengsel toegevoegd om het papaïne neer te laten slaan. Water werd aan het gezuiverde papaïne toegevoegd (100 ml water/g papaïne) en daarna werd een Britton-Robinson buffer toegevoegd om de pH op 9,0 te stellen, welke aan de genoemde fermentatievloeistof waaronder het genoemde substraat werd toegevoegd. Men liet de hele fermentatievloeistof bij ongeveer 40°C staan. Het eind van de fermentatie werd door middel van titratie met gebruik van alcohol bevestigd, waarbij monsters van 0,2 ml vloeistof uit de genoemde hele fermentatievloeistof werden gehaald. De fermentatie was na ongeveer 12 uur compleet. De gefermenteerde vloeistof werd gefiltreerd en op deze wijze werd een haarvoedende vloeistof verkregen.
Voorbeeld 4
Boonwrongelafval werd gebruikt als substraat. 500 ml water werd aan 100 g van genoemde boonwrongelafval toegevoegd, en het mengsel werd bij ongeveer 50°C gehouden. Daarnaast werd nier-lipase verkrijgbaar op de markt, opgelost in gedestilleerd water (oplossing van 1%). Het genoemde gedestilleerde water welk het nier-lipase bevatte (5 ml) werd aan het mengsel toegevoegd. 5 ml fosforzuur (0,6 M, pH 7,0) werd ook als buffer toegevoegd en het mengsel werd gedurende 10 uur bij ongeveer 40°C gehouden, waarbij zo nu en dan werd geroerd. Het eind van de fermentatie werd vastgesteld door het stoppen van de vorming van C02~gas te meten, waarbij een Warburg's manometer werd gebruikt.
10 g pepsine, verkrijgbaar op de markt (Cudahy, 1/10.000 USP oplosbaar pepsine), werd in 10 ml van een 20%-ige ethanol-oplossing opgelost, welke aan de genoemde fermentatievloeistof werd toegevoegd. Ammoniumchloride werd ook toegevoegd om de pH op 7,5 te stellen. Men liet het mengsel gedurende ongeveer 20 uur bij ongeveer 35°C staan.
Daarna werd het door middel van filtercellen (5 g) gefiltreerd. De pH was op dit moment 7,0. Men liet de gefiltreerde vloeistof bij ongeveer 37°C staan. Het eind van de fermentatie werd vastgesteld door monsters van 0,5 ml elk, die genomen waren uit de gefiltreerde vloeistof, in een Conway's apparaat te brengen en elk monster te mengen met 1 ml kaliumcarbonaat, welk in dit apparaat was gebracht. Het eind van de fermentatie was bekend door de veranderingen in de hoeveelheid vervluchtigend ammonia door middel van titratie te meten. Na ongeveer 10 uur werd het einde vastgesteld. De vloeistof die op deze wijze verkregen was werd op de gewone manier gefiltreerd en een haarvoedende vloeistof werd verkregen.
De haarvoedende vloeistoffen die volgens de voorbeelden 1-4 waren verkregen, werden met alcohol verdund en de mengsels werden op mensen en muizen aangebracht, elke dag één keer in de ochtend en één keer in de avond. Na 30 dagen van toepassing werd in beide gevallen een uitstekend effect van haargroei verkregen. In het bijzonder ingeval van de muizen was het haargroeiende effect enorm.
Het haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 1 omvat gefermenteerde produkten, welke een verscheidenheid aan aminozuren en vetzuren omvatten. De zuren activeren, alleen of in combinatie, de capillaire bloedvaten en inactiveren het 5a-reduc-tase dat zich in de haarzakjes bevindt. Wanneer zij worden vergeleken met conventionele types van haar-groeiende middelen, vertoont het haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 1 een veel beter haaruitval verhinderend effect alsmede een haar-groeiend effect. Het haarvoedingsmiddel volgens de onderhavige uitvinding is absoluut niet schadelijk voor het menselijk lichaam omdat het een fermentatieprodukt betreft en het substraat plantaardige eiwitten en plantaardige lipiden bevat en onschadelijke enzymen worden toegepast.
Voor het haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 2 geldt dat lipase en proteinase die als enzym gebruikt worden het plantaardige eiwit en het plantaardicre lipide welke gebruikt worden in het substraat op effectieve wijze ontleden, waarbij een hoge produktiesnelheid van gefermenteerde produkten per gewichtseenheid verkregen wordt.
Het haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 3 bevat, naast aminozuren en vetzuren, vitamine E, koper, purine, nucleïne-zuur, etc. in een kleine hoeveelheid en tezamen met de aminozuren en de vetzuren bevorderen zij de haargroei nog verder.
De werkwijze volgens conclusie 4 voorziet in een haarvoedingsmiddel volgens de onderhavige uitvinding welke de capillaire vaten activeert en het 5a-reductase dat zich in de haarzakjes bevindt, inactiveert. Dit middel vermindert daardoor de haaruitval en stimuleert de haargroei op effectievere wijze dan de conventionele haargroeimiddelen.
De werkwijze volgens conclusie 5 voorziet in een produk-tie met een hoge snelheid van gefermenteerde produkten per gewichtseenheid, omdat lipase en proteinase als enzym worden toegepast, welke het plantaardige eiwit en het plantaardige lipide in het substraat op efficiënte wijze fermenteren.
De werkwijze volgens conclusie 6 voorziet in een haarvoedingsmiddel welk naast aminozuren en vetzuren, tevens in kleine hoeveelheden vitamine E, koper, purine, nucleïnezuur etc. bevat, en deze verbeteren tezamen met de aminozuren en de vetzuren de haargroei.
De werkwijzen volgens conclusies 7 t/m 9 voorzien in een snellere ontleding door middel van enzymen, welke tot een efficiëntere ontleding leiden, en voorzien daardoor in een betere produktiesnelheid van haarvoedingsmiddel per gewichtseenheid.
Claims (7)
1. Haarvoedingsmid.de 1 dat fermentatieprodukten omvat die verkregen zijn door een enzym op een substraat toe te passen, dat plantaardige eiwitten en plantaardige lipiden omvat.
2. Haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 1, waarbij het enzym lipase of proteinase is.
3. Haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 1, waarbij het enzym geproduceerd wordt door rijstgist.
4. Werkwijze voor het bereiden van een haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusies 1-3, welke een stap omvat waarbij enzym op een substraat wordt toegepast dat vegetarische eiwitten en vegetarische lipiden omvat, en een stap waarin de verkregen gefermenteerde produkten gefiltreerd worden.
5. Werkwijze voor het bereiden van een haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 4, waarin het genoemde enzym een mengsel van lipase en proteinase is.
6. Werkwijze voor het bereiden van een haarvoedingsmiddel volgens conclusie 4, waarin het genoemde enzym geproduceerd wordt door rijstgist.
7. Werkwijze voor het bereiden van een haarvoedingsmiddel volgens een van de conclusies 4-6, waarbij tevens als buffer een verbinding of een combinatie van verbindingen bij pH 6-11 aan een substraat wordt toegevoegd, gekozen uit: collidine.HC1, primair kaliumfosfaat-secundair kaliumfosfaat, natrium Veronal.HC1, trisaminomethaan.HCl, borax.HC1, boor-zuur-natriumcarboraat, aminomethylpropaandiol.HCl, ammonium-chloride-ammonia, glycine-natriumhydroxide, boorzuur-natrium-hydroxide, natriumdimethylglycinaat.HC1, natriumbicarbonaat-natriumcarbonaat, borax-natriumhydroxide, borax-natrium-carbonaat, natriumcarbonaat.HC1, secundair kaliumfosfaat-natriumhydroxide en dergelijke.
