Abstract

Un metodo y sistema de control para un propulsor marino de inclinacion controlable que incluye modos de operacion comprendidos de un modo de maniobra y un modo de viaje por mar y modos de verificacion comprendidos de un modo de verificacion de motor y un modo de verificacion de propulsor. El modo de viaje por mar proporciona una aceleracion de regulacion amplia y abierta y detencion o paro de potencia. Los sub-modos de transicion suave son suministrados para proporcionar una transicion suave entre el modo de viaje por mar y el modo de maniobra y viceversa. El sistema opera mediante una palanca (28) que regula la unidad de control de inclinacion (10), la cual a su vez regula la velocidad del motor y tambien la inclinacion de las paletas de helice (12) del propulsor (14). De esta manera, en funcion de la posicion de la palanca de control (28) ya sea en el modo de maniobra o el modo de viaje por mar, la velocidad de motor e inclinacion de propulsor adecuados son seleccionados en forma automatica para la conduccion de la embarcacion.
