Abstract

Es wird eine Propellerantriebsanordnung zum Steuern und Antreiben eines Schiffes (1) mit zumindest einem in dem Schiffsrumpf (2) angeordneten Antriebsmotor (3), mit zumindest einem Getriebegehäuse (5) und mit zumindest einem Steuergehäuse (7) mit wenigstens einem Propeller (8) an einer Abtriebswelle (6) vorgeschlagen, wobei das Getriebegehäuse (5) und das Steuergehäuse (7) ausserhalb des Schiffsrumpfs (2) angeordnet sind und wobei das Steuergehäuse (7) über eine Steuerwelle zum Steuern des Schiffes (1) schwenkbar an dem Getriebegehäuse (5) angeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist das Getriebegehäuse (5) im Wesentlichen unterhalb einer Heckplattform (10) angeordnet.
