Abstract

Un cojinete (130) para soportar rotativamente un arbol cilindrico dentro de una superficie de soporte cilindrica de bastidor en la cual el arbol se somete a expansion termica, el cojinete (130) se forma de un miembro tubular que tiene extremos (132, 134) opuestos y que tiene un pasaje axial a traves del mismo, la superficie (136) exterior del miembro (130) de cojinete tiene un reborde (144, 146) circunferencial externo adyacente a cada uno de los extremos (132, 134) cada reborde teniendo un diametro externo que permite que el miembro (130) de cojinete se pueda colocar deslizablemente en la superficie de soporte cilindrica interna del bastidor, el pasaje axial se define por una superficie (150) de cojinete central de diametro interno para recibir rotativamente el arbol, la superficie (150) de cojinete tiene una longitud axial menor que el espacio entre los rebordes, el cojinete (130) se puede deformar dentro de los limites elasticos que permite que el diametro interno de la superficie (150) de cojinete se expanda para aceptar la expansion termica del arbol.
