Abstract

Предложен подшипник (130) для удерживания цилиндрического вала с возможностью вращения внутри цилиндрической опорной поверхности рамы, в котором вал подвергается термическому расширению, при этом подшипник (130) образуют из трубчатого элемента, имеющего противоположные торцы (132, 134), а также имеющего осевой сквозной канал, причем наружная поверхность (136) подшипника (130) имеет наружные периферийные ребра (144, 146), смежные с каждым из торцов (132, 134), а каждое ребро имеет наружный диаметр, который обеспечивает возможность расположения подшипника (130) посредством скольжения во внутренней цилиндрической опорной поверхности рамы, при этом осевой канал образован центральной несущей поверхностью (150) с внутренним диаметром для захождения вала с возможностью вращения, а несущая поверхность (150) имеет длину в осевом направлении, меньшую промежутка между ребрами, причем подшипник (130) может деформироваться в пределах упругости, что обеспечивает возможность расширения несущей поверхности (150) для приспосабливания к термическому расширению вала.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
