Abstract
Proceso para la conversion de materiales de alimentacion pesados seleccionados de petroleos crudos pesados, residuos de destilacion, petroleos pesados provenientes de tratamiento catalitico, alquitranes termicos, bitumenes de arena petrolifera, varios tipos de carbones y otros materiales de alimentacion de punto de ebullicion alto de origen hidrocarburico conocidos como petroleos brutos, por el uso combinado de las siguientes tres unidades de proceso: hidroconversion con catalizador en fase en suspension (HT), destilacion o evaporacion instantanea (ID), desasfaltado (SDA), que comprende los siguientes pasos: mezclar al menos parte del material de alimentacion pesado y/o al menos la mayoria del flujo que contiene los asfaltenos obtenidos en la unidad de desasfaltado con un catalizador de hidrogenacion adecuado y enviar la mezcla obtenida a un reactor de hidrotratamiento (HT) en el cual es cargado hidrogeno o una mezcla de hidrogeno y H2S; enviar el flujo que contiene el producto de reaccion del hidrotratamiento y el catalizador en fase dispersa a uno o mas pasos de destilacion o evaporacion instantanea (D) por lo que las diferentes fracciones provenientes de la reaccion de hidrotratamiento son separadas; reciclar al menos parte del residuo de destilacion (alquitran) o liquido que abandone la unidad de evaporacion instantanea, que contiene el catalizador en fase dispersa, rico en sulfuro de metal producidos por la desmetalacion del material de alimentacion y posiblemente coque, a la zona de desasfaltado (SDA) en presencia de solventes, opcionalmente tambien alimentados con al menos una fraccion del material de alimentacion pesado, obteniendo dos flujos, uno que consiste de petroleo desasfaltado (DAO) y la otra que contiene asfaltenos, caracterizada porque el flujo que contiene el producto de reaccion de hidrotratamiento y el catalizador en la fase dispersa, antes de ser enviado a uno o mas pasos de destilacion o evaporacion instantanea, es sometido a un prepaso de separacion a alta presion para obtener una fraccion ligera y una fraccion pesada, siendo unicamente la fraccion pesada enviada a los pasos de destilacion (D).
