Abstract

Un gabinete de telecomunicaciones de uso exterior que comprende un compartimiento electronico adaptado para contener un equipo electrico que genera calor, que cuenta con un compartimiento electronico principal que incluye un panel de pared trasero y dos puertas de dos lados, un panel de piso y un panel de cubierta, que incluyen areas de acceso y un area de almacenamiento de equipo, el compartimiento principal esta adaptado para contener equipo electrico que genera calor, al menos un bastidor dentro del compartimiento electronico principal para equipo electronico, un ensamble de base que soporta el compartimiento electronico, que cuenta con un amplitud y profundidad similar a la del compartimiento electronico con la capacidad de ser anclado a una placa o cimentacion base, un sub-compartimiento ventilado en el ensamble de base que contiene un sistema de enfriamiento ambiental, un par de puertas de dos lados, que se pueden mover entre una posicion de apertura lo cual permite acceder a ambos lados frontal y trasero del equipo electronico y una posicion de cierre en la cual las puertas mantienen un ambiente substancialmente cerrado en el compartimiento electronico, un puerto de entrada de cable, tipicamente sobre el panel de pared trasero, y un ensamble de conducto de retorno de aire montado al panel trasero para formar un conducto cerrado que atraviesa verticalmente la longitud del compartimiento electronico e interconecta con un area de corte sobre el panel de piso para la circulacion del flujo de aire a traves de un conducto cerrado al compartimiento electronico.
