Abstract
本发明公开了一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的模块化服务器机房由顶盖(1)、机柜模块(2)、前移门(3)、后移门(4)、空调模块(5)及楼梯(6)组成。该发明所提供的技术方案中服务器机房进行模块化设计,投入成本低,冷却效果好,设备能耗低。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备领域,具体涉及一种模块化服务器机房。
背景技术
目前将通信设备、供配电系统、制冷系统及机房环境建设等功能浓缩为一体的整体式机房是未来的一个发展趋势。“舒适、智能、节能、环保及一体化”已经成为服务器机房建设的主要衡量指标。随着网络技术的快速发展,计算机处理设备的体积越来越小,而功率却越来越大,为保证机房的安全运行通风散热及高效节能已经成为服务器机房的一大挑战。传统的机房通常需要铺设各种线缆和管道,还要布置制冷和配电设备,这种模式占用了大量的面积,对一些仅需要小型机房的企业来讲是一个巨大的浪费。而且现有技术中机房采用整体制冷的方式散热,制冷效率低下,能源消耗大。本发明由此而来。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种模块化服务器机房,用于解决小型企业的机房建设及机房的制冷降温问题。
为了解决现有技术中的这些问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的模块化服务器机房由顶盖、机柜模块、前移门、后移门、空调模块及楼梯组成。
优选的,所述的顶盖、机柜模块、前移门、后移门及空调模块共同组成冷通道。
优选的,所述的后移门上设置有电子密码锁。
优选的,所述的空调模块由制冷装置和风扇组成。
优选的,所述的顶盖、机柜模块、前移门、后移门、空调模块及楼梯间通过螺钉的方式连接固定。
优选的,所述的机柜模块为一种通过螺钉连接的服务器机柜。
相比于现有技术中的解决方案,本发明优点是:
1.本发明所提供的技术方案中服务器机房进行模块化设计,投入成本低。
2.本发明所提供的技术方案冷却装置和机房进行一体化设计,机房的冷却效果好,能耗低。

其中:1为顶盖,2为机柜模块,3为前移门,4为后移门,5为空调模块,6为楼梯,7为冷通道,41为电子密码锁,51为制冷装置,52为风扇。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本发明而不限于限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体厂家的条件做进一步调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
实施例
如图1~6所示,一种模块化服务器机房,由顶盖1、机柜模块2、前移门3、后移门4、空调模块5及楼梯6组成。该模块化机房采用一体化及模块化设计,在机房建设时可以根据实际需要增加或减少各模块数量以达到使用需求,投资成本低。
顶盖1、机柜模块2、前移门3、后移门4及空调模块5共同组成冷通道7。机房在制冷时通过空调模块5将机房内各电子设备产生的热量带走,将冷风带入冷通道7对机柜模块2内的电子设备进行冷却,形成一个冷热空气的交换循环,制冷效果好,能源损耗低。
后移门4上设置有电子密码锁41。

顶盖1、机柜模块2、前移门3、后移门4、空调模块5及楼梯7间通过螺钉的方式连接固定。
机柜模块2为一种通过螺钉连接的服务器机柜。

1.一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的模块化服务器机房由顶盖(1)、机柜模块(2)、前移门(3)、后移门(4)、空调模块(5)及楼梯(6)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的顶盖(1)、机柜模块(2)、前移门(3)、后移门(4)及空调模块(5)共同组成冷通道(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的后移门(4)上设置有电子密码锁(41)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的空调模块(5)由制冷装置(51)和风扇(52)组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的顶盖(1)、机柜模块(2)、前移门(3)、后移门(4)、空调模块(5)及楼梯(7)间通过螺钉的方式连接固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化服务器机房,其特征在于所述的机柜模块(2)为一种通过螺钉连接的服务器机柜。
