Abstract
Un sistema y metodo que logran ahorros de energia al apagar todo o algo del procesamiento de banda base para codigos de intervalo de tiempo que no se ha transmitido debido a la DTX completa. Cuando se detecta la DTX completa por la recepcion de una rafaga especial (SB), el receptor se apaga para todos los intervalos de tiempo y cuadros durante la duracion del Periodo de Programacion de Rafaga Especial (SBSP) (Paso 20). El trasmisor del programa de transmisiones despues de cualquier periodo inactivo para iniciar en el limite del SBSP. El receptor determina el SBSP y si el transmisor inicia transmisiones de acuerdo al SBSP por la recepcion de vario ciclos iniciales de DTX completa.
