Abstract
La invencion esta dirigida a un metodo para producir 4-aminodifenilamina o derivados sustituidos de la misma, el cual comprende los pasos de poner en contacto reactivo una anilina o derivado de anilina y derivado de nitrobenceno; y hacer reaccionar la anilina y el nitrobenceno en una zona confinada a un tiempo y temperatura adecuados, en presencia de una mezcla que comprenda una base fuerte y un catalizador de transferencia de fase adecuado y un oxidante, para producir un producto intermediario de 4-aminodifenilamina; en forma alternativa, la mezcla puede comprender una sal inorganica o sal organica de metal que tiene un cation que seria un cation adecuado de una base inorganica fuerte, y un oxidante y base organica, la mezcla no incluyendo un producto de reaccion de betaina y una base inorganica fuerte; el producto intermediario de aminodifenilamina es reducido para producir 4-aminodifenilamina o derivados sustituidos de la misma.
