Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento de lubricacion de rodillos, especialmente para la lubricacion de la separacion entre rodillos, en bastidores de laminadores para bandas o tiras laminadas, con una dispersion de aceite en agua bajo el cumplimiento precalculado tanto de una caracteristica de mezclado como tambien del flujo d volumen de la dispersion. La dispersion se prepara en un mezclador (1) con porciones de cantidades ajustables de agua y aceite hasta un mezclado homogeneo. La dispersion se suministra a zonas (Zi) de aspersion diferentes para una distribucion (Bi) que es variable en anchura. Este procedimiento para la lubricacion de rodillos se puede mejorar por la colocacion de cada zona (Zi) de aspersion con un ancho (Bi) de banda de aspersion colocado que presenta cuando menos una hilera de boquillas (Di), cada una de las cuales esta controlada por una valvula (Si) de relevo.
