Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo para monitorear un proceso de soldadura durante la soldadura de husillos, en donde una parte que va a ser soldada es sumergida en una mezcla mediante el movimiento de una parte controlable de un cabezal de soldadura de husillo en direccion a la pieza de trabajo. Una variable fisica que depende de la fuerza que se usara para el movimiento de dicha parte es medida al menos durante e l periodo de tiempo que corresponde a la fase de inmersion de la pieza de trabajo, y la variable fisica/valor de tiempo medido se compara con un valor de punto fijo predeterminado. La invencion tambien se refiere a un dispositivo de soldadura de husillos para llevar a cabo dicho metodo.
