Abstract

MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA MONITORAR O PROCESSO DE SOLDAGEM DE PINOS PELO SISTEMA à ARCO ESTIRADO A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para monitorar o processo de soldagem de pinos, no qual uma peça ser soldada (19) é submersa na massa fundida pelo movimento de uma peça dirigível (5) de um cabeçote de solda de pinos (3) em direção a uma peça de trabalho (17), sendo que uma dimensão física dependente da força a ser aplicada para o movimento da peça (5) ser medida pelo menos através do tempo da fase de imersão da peça de trabalho (17) na massa fundida e o curso medido de dimensão física-tempo ser comparado com um curso teórico pré-determinado. Além disso a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de soldagem de pino para realizar um método desse tipo.
