Abstract

Un sistema de soporte de filtros de aire para un cuarto limpio esta comprendido de cierto numero de elementos de soporte de filtro (10) soportado por varillas de retencion (12) aseguradas a una superficie de soporte. Una mensula conectora/colgante (14) que tiene un par de brazos perpendiculares (20, 22) con aberturas (24, 26, 28) formadas en los mismos, se encuentra asegurada a cada varilla de retencion. Elementos de soporte (16, 18) estan asegurados lateralmente a los brazos perpendiculares por elementos de fijacion (38, 62, 64) que pasan a traves de los orificios (40, 66, 68). Cada uno de los elementos de soporte incluye juntas obturadoras (34, 36, 70, 72 ) sobre superficies superiores de los mismos, para sellar entre los elementos de soporte y los elementos de filtro. Portalamparas de forma aerodinamica (42, 52) se aseguran a las porciones inferiores de los elementos de soporte (16) para proporcionar un flujo de aire no turbulento hacia el cuarto limpio, mientras que los elementos de soporte (18) tienen una forma aerodinamica para proporcionar un flujo de aire no turbulento hacia el cuarto limpio.
