Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una masa de ceramica de vidrio con cuando menos una ceramica de oxido que consiste de bario, titanio cuando menos un Rek de una tierra rara, y cuando menos un material de vidrio que consiste de cuando menos un oxido con boro, un oxido con silicio y cundo menos un oxido con cuando menos un metal bivalente Me2+. La masa de ceramica de vidrio esta caracterizada porque el material de vidrio presenta cuando menos un oxido con bismuto. El oxido con bismuto es en especial trioxido de bismuto. La ceramica de oxido es en especial una ceramica para microondas con la composicion formal BaRek2Ti4O12, en la cual Rek es neodimio o samario. La composicion de la ceramica de oxido permanece esencialmente constante durante la sinterizacion de la masa de ceramica de vidrio. Asi pueden ajustarse las propiedades materiales de la masa de ceramica tales como permitividad (20 - 80), calidad (800-5000) y Tkf (+20 ppm/K). La masa de ceramica de vidrio se caracteriza por una temperatura de horneado de compactacion menor a 910 degree C y por eso puede ser usada en la tecnologia LTCC (ceramica horneada a baja temperatura) para la integracion de un componente electrico pasivo en un volumen de un cuerpo ceramico de varias capas. En especial puede usarse plata como material conductor electrico.
