Abstract

Los canales escalados de embriones de microfluidos para el manejo y posicionamiento de embriones proporcionan la oportunidad de evaluar y tratar los embriones en maneras mejoradas. El flujo del fluido se usa para mover y colocar los embriones dentro de los canales de microfluidos y las geometrias del canal pueden usarse para colocar los embriones en ubicaciones especificas. El fluido de los canales de microfluido se colecta mas facilmente en forma descendente sin alterar las tecnicas de muestreo del embrion, proporcionando una mejor oportunidad para el analisis quimico del analisis quimico del fluido que las tecnicas de muestreo y manejo manual convencional. La remocion de la zona diafana de los embriones de mamiferos se logra a medida que los embriones de mueven a traves del flujo a una ubicacion precisa en donde el agente de lisado puede lavarse sobre el embrion para alcanzar la zona diafana. La remocion del cumulo se realiza con una serie de estrechamientos para cortar el cumulo seguido por el flujo del fluido para remover el corte del cumulo del embrion.
