Abstract

Una bisagra automotriz adaptada para facilitar la union removible de un panel de cierre a una estructura de cuerpo que comprende un componente de puerta que comprende, brazos de pivote del componente de la puerta superior e inferior adaptados para ser montados en un panel de cierre vehicular, un componente del cuerpo que comprende puertas del pivote del componente del cuerpo superiores e inferiores adaptadas para ser montadas a una estructura del cuerpo vehicular, un eje de pivote comun alrededor del cual el componente de la puerta y el componente del cuerpo estan adaptados para girar en una relacion entre si, y una protuberancia cilindrica adaptada para estar alineada en forma coaxial con el eje del pivote y que esta unida en forma estructural a y se extiende arriba del brazo del pivote superior del componente del cuerpo, de modo que el componente de la puerta esta adaptado para intercalarse en el componente del cuerpo, localizar en forma dimensional el panel de cierre y la estructura del cuerpo por medio de una superficie de soporte cilindrica externa en la protuberancia cilindrica, y esta adaptada para mantenerse en ensamble por medio de un perno de pivote que esta adaptado para extenderse a traves de ambos brazos del pivote de ambos componentes de la bisagra, para crear una union de pivote de colgado doble completamente estructural.
