Abstract

一种背对背折合实心轴铰链，由一只一头带有圆筒式套体的公链体和一只一头设有上下两块圆形平板套口的母链体用实心轴串合而成，可用来组装由薄板类材料制造的并需要实现两者在同一平面上相互折合的构件，尤其可跟同类别的空心轴铰链配合，可产生出许多新颖的组合体，增加产品种类，优化人类的生活。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种组合配件，尤其是一种背对背折合实心轴铰链。
背景技术：
目前沿用的铰链只能应用于被组装部位面积较大的构件，而对厚度不大且需要在同一平面上折合的两件构件的组装就无能为力。
发明内容：
为满足人们在物件组装形式上的更多需求，本发明提供一种背对背折合实心轴铰链，其特征在于组成铰链的公链体为一头带有圆筒式套体的槽钢式构件，母链体为一头设有上下两块圆形平板套口的槽钢形构件，母链体的两块圆形平板套口在母链体的右后侧夹持着设置于公链体左后侧的圆筒式套体的上下口并用实心轴串合起来，轴心的上头露于套合面外。
本发明用如下方法实施：1、按所制铰链的规格要求选用适当厚度及平面积的铁皮，剪成“凸”字形，将“凸”字形体两翼的铁板往同一方向折为90°角成为槽钢形，再将“凸”字形体头部的往槽体的背侧卷曲成圆筒式套体，此为公链体；2、按上述用料方案剪一块“只”字形铁皮，“只”字形体的两点式部分为两块连接在“口”字形体上的圆形平板，在圆形平板的圆心部位打一个跟前述圆筒式套体的内腔直径相等的圆孔成为圆形平板套口，同时将两块圆形平板套口向后折90°而将“口”字形体铁皮的左右两翼向前折90°成为槽钢形，此为母链体；3、将母链体的两块圆形平板套口夹持住公链体的圆筒式套体的上下两口，再用一根实心轴串合，使轴芯的上头露于套合口外。本发明的用途是，可将两件用薄板类材料制作的构件从薄板的截面处进行可使两者在同一平面上相互折合的组合，尤其是可跟同一类别的空心轴铰链配合，可极大地丰富构件的组合形式，增加产品种类，优化人类的生活。

具体实施方式：
如图5所示，将图4所示的母链体上的圆形平板套口(6)夹持于图2所示的公链体上的圆筒式套体(4)的上下口处，用实心轴(8)从中串合，并使轴芯露于套合口上方；公、母链体的槽口朝向同一侧。应用时，将薄板构件的相应截面插入相应的链体槽沟中夹紧。

1.一种背对背折合实心轴铰链，其特征在于组成铰链的公链体为一头带有圆筒式套体的槽钢式构件，母链体为一头设有上下两块圆形平板套口的槽钢形构件，母链体的两块圆形平板套口在母链体的右后侧夹持着设置于公链体左后侧的圆筒式套体的上下口并用实心轴串合起来，轴心的上头露于套合面外。
