Abstract
Un metodo para determinar las dimensiones de un zona (20) de haz laser, este metodo comprende: el barrido del haz laser (18) en una trayectoria a traves de un borde de referencia (30), que tiene un fotodetector (40) colocad ahi detras; y medir una senal de salida desde el fotodetector (40), durante el barrido, esta senal de salida corresponde a, un area de la zona (20) del haz laser, incidente sobre el fotodetector (40) durante dicho barrido.
