Abstract
"MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR UMA CARACTERìSTICA DE UM FEIXE DE LASER, APARELHO PARA CALIBRAR UM SISTEMA DE FORNECIMENTO DE FEIXE DE LASER, E MéTODO PARA CALIBRAR UM SISTEMA DE FORNECIMENTO DE FEIXE DE LASER DE VARREDURA". Um método para determinação das dimensões de um ponto de incidência (20) de feixe de laser, compreendendo: varredura do feixe de laser (18) em um percurso através de uma borda de referência (30) tendo um fotodetector (40) posicionado atrás da mesma; e medição de um sinal de saída do fotodetector (40) durante a varredura, o sinal de saída correspondendo a uma área do ponto de incidência (20) do feixe de laser que incide sobre o fotodetector (40) durante a varredura.
