Abstract

La invencion se refiera a un procedimiento para la union de una lamina de contacto (2) de un zocalo de lampara con el alambre de conduccion de corriente (4) atravesado a traves de un paso de ruptura (2a) de la lamina de contacto (2). Con ayuda de un alambre (5) que sirve como material de adicion, se sueldan entre si el alambre de conduccion de corriente (4) y la lamina de contacto (2), cuando entre el alambre adicional (5) y el alambre de conduccion de corriente (4) o la lamina de contacto (2) se genera un arco electrico. El fundido solidificado del alambre adicional (5) cierra el paso de ruptura (2a) y produce una union de soldadura suficiente entre el alambre de conduccion de corriente y la lamina de contacto (2). El voltaje electrico que se utiliza para la generacion del arco electrico esta ventajosamente polarizado de tal modo que el alambre adicional (5) actua como anodo y la lamina de contacto (2) o el alambre de conduccion de corriente (4) como catodo. El proceso de soldadura de acuerdo con la invencion se realiza ventajosamente bajo una atmosfera de gas protector.
