Abstract
El sistema turbocargador de geometría variable ayudado con motor tiene un motor para agregar potencia al eje turbocargador, especialmente a un volumen de gas de escape bajo. Adicionalmente, el turbocargador tiene control sobre la direccion de entrada de aire de compresor y/o control del gas de escape a un expansor de dos volutas. Estos están controlados individualmente directa o indirectamente desde un controlador de motor para mejorar el funcionamiento del turbocargador. En una modalidad preferida, el motor es un motor eléctrico, montado directamente sobre el eje de turbocargador en medio de turboexpansor y del turbocompresor y dentro de la caja principal.
