Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona la produccion de lactoferrinas y fragmentos del polipéptido lactoferrina, usando las células huésped Aspergillus en combinacion con construcciones plasmídicas nuevas. Más especificamente, la presente invencion proporciona construcciones de vectores novedosos capaces de producir lactoferrinas y fragmentos del polipéptido lactoferrina en células huésped Aspergillus. Más particularmente, la presente invencion proporciona construcciones plasmidicas nuevas apropiadas para usarse con las células huésped de Aspergillus y especialmente con Aspergillus awamori, niger y oryzae, las cuales son capaces de producir luego grandes cantidades de lactoferrinas recombinantes y fragmentos del polipéptido de lactoferrina.
