Abstract

La presente invencion provee un procedimiento que produce composiciones detergentes de alta densidad especialmente adecuadas para comercializacion como un producto detergente compacto; el procedimiento puede fácilmente ser retro-ajustado en plantas de produccion para hacer detergente de secado por aspersion existentes en cuanto a que utiliza equipo existente para economizar la transicion de plantas de fabricacion de detergente basadas en "torre" y "no torre"; el procedimiento comprende los pasos de: (a) aglomerar ingredientes detergentes de partida en un mezclador/densificador de modo que los aglomerados detergentes que tienen una densidad de por lo menos 650 g/l sea formados; (b) acondicionador los aglomerados en una torre de secado por aspersion para mejorar el flujo libre de los aglomerados detergentes; y (c) mezclar ingredientes detergentes adjuntos en los aglomerados detergentes, al producir la composicion detergente granulada de alta densidad.
