Abstract

Durante el vaciado, la boquilla (13) de un dispositivo de vaciado es puesta en colindancia de ajuste hermético contra el extremo exterior del elemento, y la aleacion de metal fundido es vaciada hacia el molde a través de la boquilla (13), el pasaje (15) en el elemento (14) y el canal de colada (8) del molde (figura a). Después del vaciado del molde, la boquilla (13) es presionada contra el elemento (14), con una fuerza considerablemente mayor que su fuerza de limitacion o colindancia durante el vaciado, provocando de este modo que el elemento sea desplazado axialmente hacia el molde, para formar un límite de ajuste hermético contra la superficie (16) en el canal de colada (8), y bloqueando este ultimo, haciendo posible que la boquilla (13) sea retirada sin que el metal vaciado fluya fuera del molde (figura b). Se describen otros tres métodos de cierre de una entrada.
