Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform optimum directional solidifying and enable the casting free from any shrinkage cavity to be obtained by providing the molten metal path made of hollow heat-resistant material which becomes stalk at the pressure pouring in the wall of the furnace body provided in adjacency to the mold, communicating this with the mold and rolling the furnace body after the pouring.
CONSTITUTION: The low-pressure casting device 10 is formed by a furnace body 11, a rotating device 12 which turns this and a mold holding device 13.
