Abstract

El pegamento por fusion segun la invencion contiene (A) al menos un prepolímero de poliuretano constituido por a) al menos un poliisocianato, especialmente toluenodiisocianato y/o MDI, b) al menos un polialquilenglicol en una concentracion mayor que el 10% en peso, referido al pegamento por fusion en conjunto, especialmente polipropilenglicol, c) al menos un poliésterglicol, preferentemente constituido por al menos dos poliésterglicoles con temperatura de transicion vítrea diferentes y d) al menos un prolongador de cadenas así como (B) en caso dado aditivos tales como e) una resina, especialmente una resina hidrocarbonada y f) un estabilizante, especialmente tolueno-sulfonil-isocianato. Preferentemente el pegamento por fusion tiene una viscosidad en fusion en el intervalo de 4 hasta 100 Pas a 170 degree C. El prepolímero de poliuretano tiene en el diagrama de DSC unicamente una Tg. El pegamento por fusion se caracteriza por una elevada resistencia al alargamiento con una resistencia inicial y final también elevadas. Por lo tanto tiene aplicacion preponderantemente en la industria del calzado, especialmente en máquinas aplicadoras, que pueden estar integradas en la línea de produccion de zapatos, que no contenga ninguna etapa de prehumectacion con vapor o bien ningun canal de secado. El pegamento por fusion se fabrica preferentemente en un procedimiento de una sola etapa. El pegamento es especialmente adecuado para materiales fibrosos tales como cuero y textil.
