Abstract

Durante el "lavado con piedras" enzimático de una tela y/o prendas de vestir de mezclilla, ocurre una re-depositacion indeseable de colorante azul sobre las superficies de la mezclilla, la invencion se refiere a medios para superar este problema usando una composicion de enzima compuesta por Endoglucanasas de Trichoderma y Celobiohidrolasas de Trichoderma que ha sido parcialmente digerida por una enzima proteasa para separar sus dominios de nucleo y de ligadura. El uso de esta composicion reduce la re-depositacion del colorante azul y por ende mejora el proceso de lavado con piedras con relacion al uso de una celulasa de retro-teñido o que se re-deposita.
