Abstract

Una composición de enzima de celulasa de bajo retenido porque comprende una celulasa de Trichoderma tratada con proteasa que es un producto de un procesoque comprende: a) someter a una celulasa de Trichoderma que contiene una enzima decelobiohidrola sa y una enzima de endoglucanasa a un tratamiento conproteasas limitadas agregando una proteasa a la celulasa; y b) purificar la celulasa eliminando substancialmente la proteasa agregada para definir lacomposición; y c) métodos deaplicación en r etenido.
